Very small room with little space to store anything. Would be nice if instead of some poster there were shelves or something. You can store your luggage below the bed though. Refrigerator works. Behind the refrigerator is an outlet that works when you're out – for everything else you need a keycard plugged in. We were given only one keycard even though we booked a double room. The keycard isn't NFC nor EMarine, so if one of us went out with it, the other couldn't plug it with some other card and had to stay without any light or power. You have to explicitly ask for room cleaning, but the cleaning staff are nice about that. Bedsheets had some stains, but otherwise were okay. We were only given a single towel. Bathroom is very small: you literally shower standing over the toilet (see attched photo). Toilet bowl had a stain on it. Some stuff in the bathroom was outright broken. Water heater works fine at least. When checking out, there was nobody on the reception, so we couldn't get our deposit back and had to just leave the key there.

Idk what the other reviews says about amenities and being untidy. It is very understandable that this place doesn’t have great amenities, because this is a budget hostel. It is pretty clean actually! I have read lots of HK hostel concerns about bed bugs, but I didn’t had any issues with it here. The staffs are great, and very accomodating too. The small room is definitely perfect for me! Plus the location is very great, it’s just few minutes away from Victoria Harbour, HKMOA, and infront of bus and train stations. If I’ll travel to HK again, I’ll book this hostel again ;))

There is no such hotel in Vienna. Everything on Ctrip's website is fake, and it's run by Indians. It's rubbish. There's no air conditioning or toiletries. The hygiene is terrible. The locks in the room are all broken. All you need is this hotel. Search all the hotels in Chungking Mansions for poor hygiene. There are many black foreigners and Indians in Chungking Mansions. It is very messy inside. Please do not book any hotels in Chungking Mansions on Ctrip.

Arab. Impression people gather here. You can't refund once you book. There's no other way. You can only go out and find a way. Think of it as a way to avoid danger.

It's very convenient here. There are many shops downstairs, so you don't have to worry about food and drink. The room is not small, but the facilities are not very good. The air conditioner is completely out of order and you can only rely on the exhaust fan, which is not good.

The average price is very good in Hong Kong where land is at a premium. The hotel run by Indians only has one bath towel, no hand towels, and no toothpaste or toothbrush.

It's very close to the station, so it's very convenient. However, you need to be careful because the check-in process is difficult to understand in the first place.

The hygiene is very poor in all aspects. It would be better to sleep on the street.
