There is no restaurants around, all around are Marine stores, you can often hear the metal, loading and unloading noise. the toilet is designed horrible and you can't sit on the WC straight as the basin is right in front of you. There is no door toilet door which was broken, and uses a shower curtain as a door. The ceiling is seriously damped, there are ants on the desk that you cannot place any food on the table. TV reception is terrible, the pictures are instantly on and off. Both of us are not smoker and the room is strongly cigarettes smell, tried to switch to another room but still the same.

Metacity mongkok : This hotel is more convenient and accessible if you're looking for a place to stay here in Hongkong. We booked online but this hotel needs $200 deposit inorder to check - in and certain amount for storing luggages as well . Rooms are clean and spacious but we noticed that our room door is not properly secured maybe damaged or broken from forced entry.

I visited hing kong for total of 5 days and 4 nights and I was searching for something Budget-friendly but decent and clean. And that’s how I found Metacity MK. The staff are very polite and nice and just made everything possible to make my stay as nice as possible. The single room I booked was small but had everything I needed. It was clean and clean in ladies came every day or every two days to change the bed sheets and clean it , which is wonderful. The location is top , the price is top and the staff is top. Thanks to the, for making my stay wonderful and I would suggest this place to everyone.

I just stayed for one night. At arrival, they asked for a 200HK$ deposit in cash, which was not expected. They do not have an adaptor for chargers. The room was fine and pretty clean, but the bed was quite uncomfortable and it was too cold. Also, the hallway lights were on all night, you could see through the door, and the walls were too thin so the noise from people coming and going at night was too loud.

Located in a quiet area of Mong Kok but one of the staff is rude. No free luggage storage service instead you need to pay $50.

High five to the front desk rep for retrieving some missing stuff. He really went above and beyond! Very good service. I highly recommend the staff in general. Attentive and helpful.

The hotel lobby is very large and clean the receptionists is nice and warm I like the way they serve the people who come to the hotel

Location is great but the room was not clean enough vs similar hotels. Small bugs. Human hair, aircon leacking, Way too noisy.

my experience here on metacity hk, well for me I find the hotel very simple yet tidy from outside hotel going inside lobby. there's a nice big sofa to sit on while waiting the hotel staff come back from eating their lunch. Have tv and Ac to make me and my friend relax while waiting have selected drinks session fridge using octopus if we feel thirsty. the service is good like I ask extra 2 towel because the other extra I use for my long hair extension and the other one for drying my whole body without charge that makes me happy because to other hotel need pay extra charge. Room is nice tidy and cozy. Thank you metacity.

This hotel in Hong Kong very match for one people because have toilet in inside so it’s convenient for a woman if come to travel alone

Room was not so clean and too small room. Location is very good. Walkable distance from MTR.

emmm is normal just want sleep one night ok la ..but is really want good take rest is no good …

The location is great but the room can be much cleaner. The AC takes a while to get cool. Budget friendly hotel.

Keeping in mind of price point, it was a decent stay. Pros: A few minutes from Mong Kok station and malls. Quiet area. Good size bathroom. Towels are super fresh and clean. Cons: You have to pay for water. Controlling water temperature in the shower was a challenge. Sometimes cold water was near scalding. Our air conditioner fan would rattle, sounding like a cricket. Could occasionally smell cigarette smoke despite being smoke free. Will likely stay again, but will definitely keep these things in mind.
