We love this hotel, we love the vibe. The interior is fantastic and the staffs we’re all courteous and helpful! We also love the amenities and toiletries! So close to everything!

Probably one of the best hotels I ever stayed.
Expected a bit more on the fun and pool, but service attitude and overall luxuries compensate it. Amazing choice.

Came here for my wedding and booked the N3 room, The room is spacious and luxurious, the staff is super friendly and we were provided a free decoration, sparkling wine and a small cake. We even were allowed to have a room tour before the actual booking to see if it would make a great scene for some photos. Perfect place to have a stay in HK!

Disapoitment !
I'm told that there is no electricity and water from 1am to 5am. Understand ~
But I'm not expecting the light to be turned on twice during that period.
The assistance call of the hotel is a disaster!
No return call and no further follow-up. No appology and no a word of care...
I have a higher level of expectation from this kind of hotel.

Their service was exceptional, but the let down was the toilet sink being blocked and the toilet has a strong cigarette smell (possibly from the previous person who stayed in the room).
The bar at level 26 is worth checking out. It has great views of the Harbour and peak.
