Very friendly and helpful staff. Got a room on the 36th floor with an amazing view but right next to the elevator and couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Moved to a bigger room on the 10th and the AC started leaking. The room on the 25th wasn’t that bad but a bit stuffy and was dirtier than the previous ones. Stayed there for 5 days and can say it’s a good value for money

Front Desk customer service is good. Clean and tidy room. Good location. Convenient for us to travel around

Good condition and services Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus, So many Shopping centres and food centers I lounge for simple bread and juices for breakfast. Also 24 hours drinks and coffee is a very good offering. Littel breads for different kind of style , very fresh and good taste Apple or orange juices for the breakfast offering too Conclusions are very perfect

This is the second stay at the hotel. Became disappointed by the cigarette smoke we sensed over midnight that woke up my family. When the staff was asked to check for the violators, the staff instead sprayed deodorant outside our room,then knocked and said "I could not smell anything". It was disrespectful gesture, as if we lied about the incident. When we said that we could not agree with the deordant being used before her check, the staff went silent and began discussing the AC. When we interviewed other guests in the breakfast lounge, others agreed with our observation on cigarette smoke. We reported to reception as well but limited changes could be done due to centralized ventilation system. Suggest all staff go through training again regarding respect. Attached is the view from lobby of our floor. We stayed on top floors in the second stay but it didn't seem to matter.

A good standard for a couple of knights, clean, neat, I especially appreciated bright decor and huge window with a view (through the houses) at the HK CEC. For Hong Kong, a spacious room with shower and toilet separated. Location is convenient to the MTR, trams, buses (incl. the airport bus though the trip is, logically, longer than from the west side of the island). 7eleven at the heel, Victoria Harbour promenade a few steps away, walkable to Lee Gardens / Time Square.

Free refill water & coffee. 200m from Fortress hill MTR station. Easy to find & nearby to Shell petrol station

Good location with nearby to MRT station. Easy access to food and shopping. Room a bit small but very comfortable of the lobby with free coffee.

We really loved our stay in Iclub fortress hill hotel. The room was clean. They cleaned it everyday. There was also a free light breakfast everyday.

The rooms were smaller but the location is pretty good. (Fortress Hill MTR Station)

The location is great, right in the city center of HK, and so one can go to Causeway Bay, Wan Chai & Central easily. Yet, the room is too small. For folks who are concerned with the room size, this hotel shall be avoided.

The bed is bigger than looks in the photo, close to mtr station with easy access, a few local restaurants nearby. The room is spacious for one, enough for two.

This hotel is great, the staff so nice. The traveller can get a great experience

Thanks for high floor room with view! I am back here after almost 10 years. Room was quite rundown with sagging mattress and wear and tear furnishings. Loud water pressure can be heard especially at night. Front desk won’t help to call taxi. But location was great, short walk to mtr and tram Jupiter station. Many eateries nearby.
