best hotel in hongkong 5 star i always checkin in this hotel very clean .

Service from the team is great. Always willing to answer any questions you have. No worries if you are a first time visitor or a regular.

A good place to stay for a couple of nights. Convenient location in the very center of the city, clean rooms, friendly staff. There are many restaurants around.

I've habitually stayed at hostels in Chunking Mansions whenever I visit Hong Kong. This is the second time I've stayed at this one specifically. The facilities are basic but it is a bargain price considering the prime location.

Better then others, but, no water in toilet cistern. At all. No boiled water

Place is so nice.but room is not so big. If I will be stay in jingling, I am thinking it stay in here.

Terrible rooms compare to what you see on the pics, the location is very good but the room was soo small and dirty same as whole building. Never ever will stay in this place and I don’t recommend it at all.

Staffs were friendly, nice and accommodating. Really exceeds our expectation for a budget hostel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Plus 100 points for doing MUR daily. Honestly, not expecting them to do that service. Well appreciated. Pest-free unlike other hostel within the vicinity. Quite spacious rooms as well. Free water (hot&cold) is definitely a big plus too. Looking forward to coming back soon. Good job! Well recommended. Budget friendly! ❤️

The drain of the water supply was cut off in the middle, and it was a mystery until the end as to how it would be used.

The service is great with brand new staff, smiling face, the guest house is actually renovated a little earlier I guess, and I have a good stay here since so ever.

Some noise at night with people talking..a d the elevator inconveniences..was very bad..had to walk up 16 floors..and why in the hell..block A is the only elevator that had s maintenance man fixing the one elevator..with the busyness of the traveling holidays they pick the worst day..the maintenance people's are horrible..they are unprofessional..and selfish for putting people as us as travelers ..put us through hell because they are trying to fix and elevator that's not broken..the maintenance people are the hotel staff..bad reviews..Over all staff and stay was great..your getting what you pay for..again let me stress..the maintenance people should be the blame for the bad reviews. .I will not come back again. .
