Excellent location, with huge variety of food around the area. Less than 5mins walk to the train station

Following HK regulation no plastic tooth brush general available. This is ok, but to charge for the sometimes is not ok. Room is not very big and fan was running the whole night - no possibility to switch off the fan (only if you remove room card -but then no power for charging the phone). Friendly staff - was upgraded to exec. Room

The room is relatively small. Be aware that the amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided for free, so you will need to bring your own. The sound insulation is average, and you can hear the sounds of the elevator and conversations outside the room. Aside from the convenient location and many restaurants nearby, the overall quality of the rooms is generally average.

Been staying here a lot lately rooms are as normal in HK a little on the small side but they are comfortable clean and the shower is good with a decent flow and hot water. The location is good with all that you need in close walking distance.

The room was clean and in a great location, close to transport and nice cafes and bakeries, as well as the harbor. It was a bit too small to be comfortably shared between friends however.

Great location near causeway bay, lots of eateries at tin hau area. The room is nice and clean.

Sorry, but this hotel is not appropriate for foreigners. Too expensive for a bad service, not cleaning well and of course they don’t give you a small bottle of water (free) you need to pay it… the only good thing is the location but that is all.

Standard sized room but cleanliness could definitely improved. Mould in the first room and after cleaning service was finished the only thing that changed was the bed and the towels. Stains and dust on the table, garbage not thrown out and dishes still dirty.

Great neighborhood location walking distance to Times Square and Tin Hau MTR

Don’t get excited by the marketing photos of beautiful ocean views. This place is hardly a hotel. More of an old residential building. Can get much better rooms for less in the area. 不要被海景图骗了，这不是真正的酒店，只是老公寓，附近有更佳又更便宜的选择。I didn’t even want to spend the night there, and the experience was so bad that I checked into another hotel on the very same day. 这个老公寓实在太差了，服务差的我当天就入住另一家酒店。 Clealiness: apart from being an old building, the room, the hallway and the lobby were all not clean at all. As shown in picture, you can even spot trash on the floor in the tiny lobby area. The room is moldy also. You’ll find similar comments on Google Maps by other reviewers. 这房子除了老旧，无论大堂，走廊和房间都脏乱糟。在狭窄的大堂地下也可随处看见垃圾。房间也发霉，大家在谷歌上会看见其他住客也有类似评论。 Location: it’s situated in the middle of wet markets selling raw meats. The street and the hotel lonby are both smelly. It’s an unpleasant neighborhood. 地点就在街市中，旁边有肉档，大堂和大街都有难闻味道，附近环境并不理想。 Mattress: the king size mattress is actually just two twin beds combined. It would be uncomfortable to sleep in the middle of the bed. 大床床垫其实是两张小床垫拼起来的，无法睡在床的中央。 Service: the worst. If you arrive any time before 3pm, be it at 2:55pm, you’d be better off walking in the wet market because they don’t have any seat in the lobby (it’s an old building, not an actual hotel). They won’t give you a room even if there’s one available, and they make it clear and the front desk staff will as surely proud of the policy. 因为这不是真正的酒店，前台可以说是没有训练过的，服务极差。如果你2:55pm到酒店，也建议直接在门口的街市逛逛，不要打算办理入住了，即便有房职员也不会给的，而且前台职员会为这类政策感到自豪。这所谓的大堂没有椅子的，早到了对方会让你立马离开大堂。 Recommendation: stay away. Consider that I moved to another hotel on the very first day. That’s just how bad the overall experience was. 不要订这个房了。附近有真的的四五星级酒店，价格也不会比这家贵超过一百港币，体验和环境都好很多。大家慎重考虑｡我才第一天就换另一家酒店，是要有多差？我是金卡会员，一辈子没有为其他酒店写过差评。

Great experience overall. The Victory 118 is ideally located for shopping and dining. Because there are only 3 rooms per floor it is extra spacious and comfortably quiet. Excellent tourist class hotel. My choice every time!

Good service... Near tin hau restaurants. near the trasportation in train and taxi

Room was extremely small and smelled of smoke. We had to buy air fresheners to be able to stay the trip. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning, while okay on the surface it was grimy and had mold on the walls and between tiles. Did not clean the room or offer fresh towels even though we were there for 3 nights; only provided amenities for one person even though advertised for two. The Location however is perfect for walking or taking the mtr. There were also many convenience stores.
