A clean and morden 5 star hotel. The location isw closed to mtr station. Lot of restaurants nearby n therr is shopping mall next to it. The sound isolation is perfect n they have free coffee capsules, 2 bottles of water n tea bags provided.

Good location, near to MTR.
Booked Victoria Harbour view room but it’s not directly facing as expected.

Great location and it’s just step away from NorthPoint metro station. Tidy and neat hotel room and great service! Amazing sea view from the room has brighten our day everyday.

The hotel is nice, bur we expected some more amentities as it has 5 stars. For example, very small room service menu and lobby and bar closed at night. The view was very nice!

Have always been staying in this hotel whenever I am back in HK . Really impressed with the level of service they provide to their customers. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Hotel is located near to the MTR and ferry terminal making it easily accessible to any places. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to visit hongkong.

Upon check-in, nobody offered to take our bags up to the room. Beautiful view from the swimming pool and gim. We also enjoyed the view from the room. Centrally located to the metro and bus stops. Breakfast buffet was excellent but waiting for a table took some time.

Thank you Hyatt Centric providing us such an incredible experience on my 2nd wedding anniversary day. We are so lucky to receive heartfelt congratulations from hotel managers , it is so surprised that we have warm welcoming at the front desk at first , after that She took us to the room, we were arranged to have room upgrade service which can see the spectacular panorama view of Victoria harbour! The most important thing is staff to help us decorate the room, I like the decoration very much! Both of us are very enjoyable on the night at Hyatt Centric. The hotel is new and clean, with many facilities to use. I definitely recommend this hotel to other tourist all around the world. I would choose to stay in this hotel next time for celebration.

Location is great and near to north point station. We went there for a short trip. Value for money would be off the charts as we booked at midnight and only has the biggest suite.
Upon entering the hotel lobby, it took a long time to be able to confirm the booking, and even longer time to get the key due to verification and safety procedure. The staffs overall are professional and nice and understanding.
The hotel itself has the grandest view with two tv, two separate bathrooms, two bathrobes and customized toiletries. They have swimming pool at the 2nd floor and also buffet stand as well.
The food was alright, as it was a buffet worth around 250hkd each from East to South Asian, European, American cuisines.
I'd recommend staying not for the price but for overall experience. It would be best if it's booked earlier as there are a lot of options and rooms available by the time.
