Ideal location and best place to stay.
Very convenient for all types of transportation. MTR is only a 2-minute walk, buses everywhere, ferry ⛴️ is just 5 minutes walk to go to Central, Wan Chai, etc.
Excellent restaurants everywhere.
Shopping malls very close by
The staff here are fantastic.

I got all the facilities for the cheap price I booked.
I don't know why people think bad about Chungking Mansion. Indians definitely live here, but they are very nice

I was afraid before book because I saw some bad comments on trip about this guest house, but after book when I arrived at place for check in, there was nothing bad , Receptionist staff very nice personality, they ask me 15% service charge pay by cash because that service charge mentioned on my booking voucher pay at arrival. Fortunately I keep cash with me upon check in because they accept only cash. Because I'm living in Hong Kong that's I always keep cash with me. I was surprised because receptionist boy can speak good English, Chinese, Tagalog and many other languages.After check in progress they give me room with 4 person dorm. The room was very clean and bed also comfortable for me. Good air conditioner and hot water.Everything is nearby perfect location in cheaper price. Hong Kong is very expensive city so may be in this price my stay is wonderful.

Dripping WATER from the wall and plug point above my bed, I don't know where it came from.
Aircon either too HOT or too COLD
I checked OUT early,SPENT more money than saving for budget hostel.
EXTRA 100+HKD Charges with CASH (not shown during bookings)
Staff act stupid when I ask for my 100HKD deposit
Consider EXPENSIVE stay for a place like this.
I stayed in HK budget hostel with similar pricing before and it's not that bad. I been travelling a lot in different countries, I can be comfortable in all kinds of environments but this one really one of the WORST so far.
After long day of walking , going back to the room felt more drained than I stay on the street.
DON'T BELIEVE "Good" reviews, it's NOT REAL
If you want a good trip, pay slightly more.

On my last night, there was animal droppings. No room service, which would have been much better. The location is excellent, right in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui. It's good if you're like me and go out early and only come back at night. Remember to bring your own towel.
