Aint no giving second chance to stay again in this hostel. We had bad experience here. Did our best to run to the hotel before 9pm because they only available until 9pm to do the check in, yet we arrived at 8:40pm and there was no receptionist at all. Even they left the phone in the hotel. Tried to call the other contact number, luckily they responded pretty fast. However, we didn’t expect the room is different from photos they uploaded. The staff told us which bed for us, but one of them left messy and seems they didn’t do a clean up before our arrival. Of course, we decided to leave directly after seeing this bad condition. We met another customer and he left as well because the staff didn’t responded his text while he was trying to check in, feel sorry for him too.

Despite the good location, however the room conditions is worst and not worth the cents, bathroom and wall are moody due to high humidity and dirty floors and walls. Please avoid this guest house at all cost!!!!

Met great people that helped me with the choice of things to do in thw city. Clean and comfortable space, would recommend to those that want to travel but might want to savw on a hotwl or want ro meet nice people :)

Affordable, nice location :)

The Hostel is clean. And friendly stuff. What I didn't like: there is no kitchen, my 4 bed dormatory room was too small, we ".were squeezed in". In such a small room should be only 2 beds, and not 4 beds. The storage room was full of bedsheets, I couldn't store my bag. They could be a bit cheaper.

The staff at the hostel are super friendly, they allowed me to check in early and I got into my room quick with zero hassle. Hostels in a great location, near the water and just across the road from a metro station. It's a great deal for the price! Would come again.

Check in is done by volunteer, who is there only during the afternoon, contact the property in prior otherwise you won’t find the way. The hostel doesn’t have any sign outside, it’s right in front of the bus stop Cameron Road if you take A21 from the airport. The rooms are worn out but were cleaner than I thought. They don’t provide any amenities like towels, you can only rent one. Good thing is that they have drinking water in the lobby. The doors are locked with code and in the middle of the night someone from the other room either forgot the code or their door broke, and they tried to dial code endlessly, it was really disturbing and loud. Price is very good but I won’t recommend to stay more than one night.

Great location, great staff, the person at the front desk was super nice, friendly and helpful. What lacked was cleanliness in the room, someone left an empty package of the teabag near the kettle instead of a new one, the room could be a little cleaner, the bathroom needs some slight renovation and a good scrubbing. Overall the experience was a good one, as the location is perfect - near all the sights, malls, city center and Kowloon west station. I would recommend it if you’re not particularly picky about the cleanliness. The rooms is small, but given it’s Hong Kong, it could have been much smaller. The view from deluxe room was gorgeous!

The service was very good. The guy at the reception was very polite. The location is super convenient. Near the subway.

I booked the single room while I was younger Kowloon. The location is perfect just above the TST metro, close to main attractions and with good connectivity. Nice restaurants around the area makes a great option to backpackers and solo travelers. The staff is really helpful, friendly and attentive to anything you might need. Room and common spaces clean and quiet.
