Location is very nice. Hotel is a little old Very close to shopping mall K11 and star walking alley

Good hotel for families and very near to MTR and Bus stations, Chungking Mansion, Bakehouse, Victoria Harbour. Good restaurants are also just outside the hotel.

This is my 2nd time coming here and I am disappointed. At the 1st time I came here, the hotel had complete facilities and amenities. This time there's no toothbrush, no shower cap. I asked the staff and they told me to pay 20HKD. Ridiculous. They told me this is a new rule from the government which forbid them to use plastics. But, they provide sandals covered in plastic, trash also use plastic. I think this is a way to reduce cost which made me disappointed. I hope the manager saw my review and improve better.

The hotel is located in the prime city shopping area. There are good shops and food outlets where you will be spoilt. Good amenity with convenient mtr and airport bus service. Thought the room is small, which is typical by Hong Kong standard, the stay was rather comfortable. The only setback was there was no complimentary mineral water and no tooth brush and tooth paste provided. Other than that, all is fine.

small but clean hotel, they ask for a deposit if you stay for multiple nights, and if you want to leave your luggage after checkout it’s 50 hkd for 1-5 pieces of it and a 100 for more, which is pretty inconvenient

Dusty 😖‼️ cleaning servis hari pertama bs dilihat di foto bawah ini..kaos kaki yg sdh sy pakai bisa nancep bantal dimana itu tempat urk alas kepala sy 😖😖🤦♀️🤦♀️🙈🙈 kamarnya spt lama ga dibersihin..dinding kotor smua item2 🤮 bedcover spr berpasir & minta pindah kmr yg type lbh kecil sekalipun dibilang tdk tersedia 💩💩 pokoknya selain murah, lainnya ga rekomended sm sekali ❌️ anehnya ròom tmn sy lbh bagus pdhl typenya dibawah sy 2 grade 😒

Good location, but much noise. The reception asked to buy breakfast coupon through ctrip even if ctrip asked hotel. Much dust. Water condition is not good. They cheated only two kinds of towers(bath, hand). I used it for 2days. And last day, they submitted bath, hand & face towel. So funny. They asked the storage cost after checking out. Nobody asked it till now. Anyhow ctrip mentioner it on website. Also, the room size is too small. If I need to stay some urgent issues, no choice stay one night enough. To this end, They gave one bottle per each.

It’s definitely worth for value paid, a cosy and comfortable room fully completed with all accessories. It’s convenience spot in town, which is near to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

There was mold on the wall, missing bathroom rug and hand soap. Nice area, breakfast was good but you can’t decide what to eat. 50 HDK to store your luggage (5 pieces) after check out. Don’t forget to bring your charger adapter.

The shower cold small room not really clean for the expensive price!!! No breakfast nothing special just super expensive. I don’t like the experience

Good location with mtr and K11 mall nearby. Cleanliness needs to be improved, shower cubicle is vey small.

Perfect location and room is large enough for a good night’s rest. Only issue was on cleanliness as the blanket was stained. Someone was up to change it right away so no big deal.

No any a bottle complimentary at all, bedding is not clean , staff is not good service not enthusiastic totally, good location. Amenity is less than other hotel. Not recommend to stay here
