離九龍西高鐵站比較近，方便快捷，離市中心比較近，出行方便，第一次去香港就入住此酒店，性價比很高，值得推薦。

酒店保安的態度非常惡劣。對客人無禮。漠視客人需要照顧老人的需要。仍然下令汽車立刻離開。
在對保安管理層投訴後。保安態度依然惡劣。管理層也無意管束保安員改善態度。

Toilet and bathtub has alot of stains.
Table top is well used and not maintained. Front desk has the Hong Kong attitude service.
Concierge and housekeeper was nice.
