The location is so strategic.
1. Take the Yao Ma Tei MTR exit A1
2. It is in ur left hand next to the famous egg turt shop
The room
1. The room is kinda small. If 2 persons stay no place to leave ur luggage open together.
2. They creatively decorate the room in very zen style. And provided an iPad next to the bed. We use it for entertainment such as YouTube is just nice.
The front desk staff
1. I stay there for 4 nights. Everyday I met different peoples , but all of them are very helpful and friendly.
Coming down/ Going to airport
1. Taking bus A21 just outside the hotel road side bust stop. 30min can reach airport. So much easier then taking MTR to airport , take longer time and need to change the train.
Food surroundings:
1. Opposite got one famous wantan mee must try
2. Dim Sam pls search London Chinese Restaurant 6 minutes walk from hotel.
3. Red Tea ping shi- milk tea and typical local food
Shopping
1. After dim sum at London Chinese Restaurant , just walk across the main road is the Lang Ham shopping mall at Wong Kok.
Yao Ma Tei MTR Red line
This red line is the main line across the city, hassle free to run around Kowloon and Hong Kong
Hong Kong must visit place:
1. You may skip all the temple. For Chinese it looking the same in our country.
2. Central Tai Kwun/Graham Street u can explore whole day here. Together 7 min walk to Central MTR entrance surrounded by many impressive skyscrapers.
3. The Peak u can go in the evening. Night view of Hong Kong.

Next to Yau Ma Dia station, near the bus stop. Room was small but nice. You must deposit 1000 dollar Hongkong when check in.

This was our last hotel from our honeymoon in Thailand and Vietnam and we received the worst customer service ever, the receptionist was so rude during the check out, she yelled at me and wanted to charged us 100 HKD for 7 minutes that it took us taking our luggage to the lobby that was in the 5th floor. She ruined our whole experience in this hotel. She treated us worst than any person in Hongkong.
The room is so tiny and the “City view” was an ugly wall from the front building.
The receptionist even made the clean lady to enter to our room while we were preparing for our check out! No respect to their guest at all!
They charge for everything, 10 HKD for an machine coffee and doesn’t even give a bottle of water in the room.
If you want to be yelled please come to this stingy hotel

Our front desk team makes an effort to remind guests of this policy in advance. Based on our records, your actual check-out time was 12:35 PM, not the 7 minutes you mentioned. According to our hotel policy, we were entitled to charge HKD 100 for the late check-out; however, we ultimately decided not to apply this charge. We ask you to accurately represent the facts.Secondly, in relation to our staff entering your room, we want to clarify that this was due to a lack of response from your side. Our team made several attempts to contact you via phone before noon to remind you of the check-out time, but there was no answer. Following standard procedure, our duty manager knocked on your door to check on the situation. Only upon entering did our staff realize the room was occupied. This situation arose solely because we received no response from you, and we hope you understand the need for such protocols.Regarding the availability of bottled water, as stated clearly in our policies and aligned with government environmental regulations, we do not provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms. Guests may purchase water for HKD 10 in the lobby. - Daily room service and supply new shampoo set every day
- 24 hr front counter, friendly staff

- The room very small, hardly to open luggage case
- The toilet drain is blocked after 1st day shower
- Washbasin is not inside the toilet, the floor is wet after wash face and brush teeth

Location is fantastic which is just outside of Yau Ma Tei MTR exit A1. In addition, the local traditional tea house is just opposite serving good po lo bun. 2 7-eleven outlets oopposite the hotel makes it easier to grab food too.
Room is clean and spacious with iPad for playing music or surfing! The bathroom is huge and suitable for handicapped and elderly.

The front desk personnel were super helpful throughout our stay regarding recommendations for food and sight-seeing, calling a taxi, and various requests. Staff all speak English which was super helpful. Room is a bit small but that’s normal for Hong Kong. Location is super convenient, right next to Lau Ma Tei MTR (subway station). Walking distance to lots of restaurants. The bakery across the street also sold amazing pineapple buns!

Location not bad, but the room cleanliness is poor, especially the bed, after sleep our body has allergies and I think is bite by something (flea). My friends leg and hand has been itchy for few days and need to see doctor.

Great hotel. Clean and really convenient to the subway and public transport. Lots of restaurants and shops (100’s) with a few blocks. Great place to use as a base for HK.
The room is small but nice, the hotel has a small coffee bar, but nothing beyond this.
Would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel for solo travelers or couples. Room is nicely decorated, location is strategic, and staff were friendly. It’s very easy to find and right next to the metro exit. I’m a very light sleeper and had no issues with being woken up

Overall is great.. But prefer hv botol water for guest just check in.
