Excellent service by the staff. Arrived early in the morning to store our luggage, as it was way before check in timing. The staff provided tooth brush and tooth paste for us to wash up. The staff also expedited our check in timing by two hours. Hotel is new and clean. Fantastic location near MTR station and shopping malls.

This time it was really annoying. I stayed in the hotel for two thousand and one night. There were no slippers and no water. In the end, I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for slippers. Moreover, there was a male waiter at the front desk who was not very friendly. I will not stay here in the future. It was really bad and the chairs were too bad. There was a lot of runny nose all over the place, but I didn’t bother to bother. I can only say that hygiene is 0 points!

We stayed for 4 nights. Location was great, with friendly staff. Tiramisu in the lobby cafe is a MUST TRY! We didnt know about it until we saw everyone eating it in the afternoon everyday, and we decided to try on our last day. What a regret! should have tried it earlier!
The only downside was the bed length, its a bit shorter than normal (maybe 190cm?). We are not tall, just average asian height but our feet were almost sticking out.

A very satisfying stay. The room was bigger than expected. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. The transportation was convenient. It was close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station and Jordan MTR Station. There were many delicious restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The view from the room was nice.
