Hotel room is large enough for two people and the bed is clean and comfortable. Hotel location is good and very close to Tuen Mun MTR station. Only 5 minutes walk will be there.

Nice hotel, artistic design and layout. Closer to metro station 5-10mins. The size of the room is enough for my family. They regularly clean the room which is nice. They provided toiletries but sometimes were inconsistent. For 4pax booked, sometimes they provided 2 sets of toothbrush/slippers. Other days they provided 4. No problem though, you can always ask the receptionist but it would be better if consistent. However, one of the reasons I chose this hotel are the amenities posted. Children playground-maybe I overlooked it or haven't read that you need to pay for 200 hkd per hour. So it is not free. Swimming pool- you need to book in order to use and limit it for 1.5hrs only. I am not sure if it comes with a fee, better check it first. No free drinking water provided. Charger outlet/adapter- you need to buy or bring one Using their power source- it takes ages to charge. Tried the breakfast, just okay for 77/pax Overall, a good stay but would prefer another hotel with the same rate next time.

The location is the best - very close to Tuen Mun station. Best if you need to travel by the train. The room is small but comfortable.

A good resort hotel easy to get here, in a vibrant suburban town of Tuen Mun. About the amenities, the carpet is dated & thus smells. It is fair to say that humid HK should avoid using carpet to cover the floor…

The shower head was taped up , room is really tiny and impractical , the drain in the shower is terrible , amenities only include toothbrushes and a hairdryer , The family room is slightly better but the standard is just not worth it .

Stay at Cozi with my brother for 3 nights! The hotel is clean and beautiful! Thanks for the excellent and superb service from the hotel staff. They will change our towel and tidy up our room each day after we head out. There are many food places and big malls within walking distance too! Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very very much :))

The location of the hotel is located at behind of police station, where it is cctv along the road and you are safe to walk back even in night time. It also located nearby the Tuen Men MTR station and shopping mall with restaurants for outing purposes. The cleanliness of hotel, room and service are meeting expectations. Free hotel wifi the toiletries are provided, where room service will be performed daily by the staff.

the staff Mr Shek provides very poor service, not helpful at all and the floor of bathroom was wet when I was taking shower with glass door closed

The hotel room is too small and a bit tiny . Location is close to tuen mun west rail line. Staff there are quit nice and helpful. Overall experience is acceptable 😃

The place is nice. It is just challenging to find the place but good thing, it’s the MTR. I like the room snd place tho there’s no amenities available. Located in Tuen Mun.
