location was right outside east tsim sha tsui station exit L5, just across the road. location was convenient for travels to the red and brown line. fast travel time to airport, tungchung and ferry to macau at sheungwan.

Prime location near East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and the main shopping district Harbour City, HK Space Museum, Avenue of Stars etc. Highly recommended for families with babies or young kids.
Rooms are clean. The chamber maids will check on us mid-day, to ensure that we have sufficient bottled water and amenities. Excellent Service. Check-in and check-out processes were swift.

Langham has 5 star service quality. The cleaning staff helped to arrange my item nicely
Gym has 2 levels. First level has a wide variety of machines for strength training, the second level contains cardio machines.

Location is great as it is just opposite harbour city and near to metro station. Hotel staff from reception assisting me for checking in and out or the concierge helping me to get a taxi, all attended to me with a big smile. Will return again if I'm in hk.

Excellent location but terrible cleanness. Worst 5 star hotel ever, can’t even complete with some 3star on cleanses. The room has mouldy smell and has dust on all table top and counter top, bedside table top, and floor, the carpet are super dirty also.
Will not stay again

Exellent services and perfect location! We spent our weekend there for Mother's Day and to celebrate my wife's Birthday. Thanks for the great services and we did have an wonderful time. We will definitely come back. The place is good even for locals like us.

First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. Anyways this hotel is really a five star hotel except the cleanliness and maintenance

First checked into the room which had strong cigarette smell. Was subsequently changed to renovated room which was much better. Overall the hotel was a bit old and the carpet has a strong smell. Staff services were great. Location was good, walking distance to MTR and mall.
