The location of the hotel is good, about ＜10 mins walk to the train stations ( fortress hill station) and accessible to bus stops. There are quite a few eateries around this areas as well, we tried one called “Angus Cafe”, price was very affordable and our food came almost immediately after we placed our orders. The room is quite spacious and clean, they clean our room everyday and change our towels everyday. Just to take note that they do not supply any disposable toothbrush, comb and water bottles. However, you can purchase at the counter if you need it. The bed is soft but the pillows are way too soft, not comfortable. The room and locations are decent, but I think they have to improve on their service, especially the check in time. It took almost 30 mins to check in on a non peak hours and they only very little counters, and they took very long to check in for one customer. I heard a lot of the locals also compliant about this when we were in the queue. Overall I think is not bad, but I’m not sure if I’ll come back again.
