ceiling height is short, not clean, old, there is no late check out allowance, they charge full day

The staff is nice but so far this is my first trip to Hongkong and first thing they asked me if I’ve ever give birth here in Hongkong before. This ruin my day. But still thanks Trip.com though

The hotel was in a great location for our next day event. The check in process was very quick and easy. Very friendly staff. The room is dated and needed to be dusted. Beds are how to the floor. There were no outlets next to the beds however after looking carefully I did find 3 suitable outlets for charging. Breakfast was included and considered “western” but I would keep my money next time and walk to one of the restaurants nearby.

The staffs was nice. There is bus station in front of the hotel.(but it was fixed when i were there) The room is bigger than i thought but there is still some mold and not that much clean. No bottle of water!! You have to buy it own.

I stayed in Deluxe Garden View with 2 Double Beds on 10th floor, and here is the review Pros: Location was excellent - easy to reach everywhere from here, the airport bus A21 stopped in front of the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and polite. The front desk understood and spoke English well. Cons: The room was outdated, looked like from 70s. The aircon controller used the vintage manual button and switches, and you couldn't set the exact temperature you want. The beds were hard. The curtains were worn out. The worst part was the bathroom: smelled damp, the bathtub paint was peeling, clogged sink, and when you stepped on the floor its like stepping on watery sponges, it squizzed out waters from the grout lines, I put some towels on the floor and they all wet in a couple hour. The technician staff could do nothing about it, I could understand, it needed a big repair, couldn't be solved with a simple fix. This was my first time here and sadly would be the last one.

The location is close to many restaurants and transportation. The room is big for Hong Kong standards. The bathroom has a smell of sewer and water is coming out underneath the toilet. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. There is free coffee/tea in the room but no water fountain in the hotel. The breakfast is ok but not the standard that I'm used to for Best Western hotels that I've stayed at. Better skip the breakfast and eat somewhere else. There are better ones just beside the hotel. Overall not bad for a quick stay.

This hotel is neither “best” nor “plus”. The water was out. The sink didn’t drain. It smelled and was dirty. There was no value for money as one would expect. There is more to say against this place but I’ll leave it as it wasn’t worth its price.. it should be a tier down from its rating. Room 1006.

The bldg is a bit old. They are doing renovations so I think the ammenities will be new in the coming months.

The best place to travel and easy to Tsim Sha Tsui. Normally, I have requested the room no smoking area however, we are still got some smell of smoke. Totally, I do recommend to stay here. The transportation from Hongkong international airport to the hotel is the most easiest about an hour by bus A21 and a bit walk 3 mins. I love it ＜3 For the hot water worked well with fully pressure. The room is cleanliness but check- in time is quite late if you guys came so early you may drop you luggages and take your time in Tsim Sha Tsui or walk around near the hotel, there are variety of restaurants and minimarts. If I have the occasion, I will come back to stay here again.

Had a good clean stay at best western plus kowloon. Location of hotel is great within walking distance from many transportation and good food places

Nice hotel with great location. It’s superb hotel. Recommend for budget travelers.

Toilet is old and dirty. Shower tap was leaking and the room has distinct odor. The room is old and dirty as well
