Convenient location with easy access to transportation. The room facilities are very new; I stayed in room 306, which is near the skybridge. The only downside is that the desk is too narrow, making it a bit inconvenient for working. There are many snack shops nearby, making dining easy, and it's convenient to go to the beach for exercise.

The location is right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The hotel lobby seemed decent enough, but the room was indeed a bit small. It's about a 10-minute walk to Victoria Harbour, and K11 is also nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent; the subway station is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shopping areas and convenience stores nearby, so you don't have to worry about transportation or finding food. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was just right in terms of firmness, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good rest. I'll definitely prioritize staying here on my next trip.

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel is huge, but the elevator is a bit of a hassle; you have to swipe your card like 800 times to get it to work. The room key card was also a bit tricky, and I even got caught in the door once.

The room and facilities were quite old, and the space was a bit small. They didn't provide complimentary toiletries, so I had to bring my own. However, the location was excellent, right in the heart of Hong Kong. I spoke English, and the service attitude was quite good.

Finding a triple room in a compact city like Hong Kong, where everyone gets their own bed without feeling cramped, is actually pretty good! Although the room isn't huge, it's small but has everything you need. You can even use the hotel's USB ports if you didn't bring an adapter.

Regret anyone who goes there. It's truly awful. They claim to be part of Best Western, but honestly, it's not even as good as a Home Inn. The toilet was clogged, there were cockroaches, the bathtub had thick stains, the showerhead was broken, the AC unit was an ancient relic from decades ago, and the sheets were damp and worn out. I couldn't even tell what the dirty stuff on the wallpaper was, and the windows offered no soundproofing at all. The woman at the front desk even tried to falsely accuse me of wanting to hit her – how outrageous! I booked for two nights but had to leave early due to an emergency, and they wouldn't refund my money. This experience has completely shattered my perception of Hongkongers' integrity. Seriously, don't go there, you'll definitely regret it. After just one night, I broke out in a rash. I'm going to contact Ctrip and demand compensation from the hotel.
