Harbour Plaza Metropolis

When I visited Hong Kong, I chose to stay here. It's within walking distance to Hung Hom MTR station, Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, and the Coliseum. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a swimming pool and gym, offering great value for money. I honestly didn't expect much for the price, but as you can see from the pictures, it's pretty good. Unlike hotels in mainland China, beds in Hong Kong tend to be narrower, but the bedding quality is decent. It felt clean, and the towels were soft. The room doesn't provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, which I've already come to accept. However, I did find a pair of disposable slippers in the wardrobe. The front desk service was fantastic! 👍 I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

I booked a premium room, and it was great. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hung Hom Station is right downstairs, making transportation super convenient. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times! ✨ The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk to Hung Hom MTR station. Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle bus that gets you to Tsim Sha Tsui in 5 minutes, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. Downstairs, it's connected to a mall with a supermarket and various restaurants, so you don't have to go far for food or groceries. Overall, the value for money is excellent. While the hallways and carpets might look a bit dated, the guest rooms themselves have all been renovated, offering a very pleasant stay.

I highly recommend this place. I stayed here for over a week for a short trip, and it was very comfortable. Housekeeping came every day, whether I needed it or not. I later learned that the housekeeping department only gets paid per room cleaned, so I understood and tried to schedule my cleanings whenever possible. I also felt that the quality of the shower gel and shampoo was good; my hair felt smooth the next day after washing. The first picture is of the sunrise around 5 AM. I woke up and was stunned by how beautiful it was. I also included the room number in the picture; it's a city view room, but you can still see a bit of the sea, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Initially, I wasn't thrilled with the hotel, but thanks to the staff who gave me a free upgrade, my stay turned out to be wonderful. The location is good for getting to other places. However, the hotel itself is located in a shopping mall that closes at 8 PM. Arriving late in the evening, it was very difficult to find a shop to buy food. The room was clean and tidied daily. In the premium room, there were several mirrors, specifically four, which was very convenient. There's also a small sofa and a table, perfect for enjoying a meal. The bedding was amazingly clean.

Yes, I stayed here for two nights. Honestly, there's not much to say other than it was relatively cheap and conveniently located. However, it pales in comparison to hotels of the same caliber back home. Ugh.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the MTR station, right above the Hong Kong Coliseum, and facing Victoria Harbour with fantastic views. The hotel service was superb; they offered luggage storage and even upgraded our room for free. We look forward to staying here again.

The hotel is excellently located, and there's even a shuttle bus to the subway. It has everything you need for great service.

The staff were so kind and upgraded me to a suite, which was really big and beautiful – very nice! The environment was comfortable, and transportation was convenient, plus there was a shuttle bus. The staff were friendly and polite, I'd definitely return.
