The stay was excellent. From.the moment we checked in to out. Appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. Location was just walking distance (5mins) to causeway bay MTR with plenty of restaurants and shops. The view from skyroof was lovely. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

I actually liked Park Lane Hotel.. very good location, lively environment, up to 11pm, shops everywhere. The harbour is also walking distance, very nice view! The hotel itself is also nice, from the lobby to the room. Rooms are a little cramped, but HK rooms are generally small so not really surprised. Food were delicious. The sky restaurant has spectacular view. The function room also has great city/harbour view!

Toilet shower and sink are very terrible. I even could not open the faucet of the shower. Hotel doesn’t have instructions of how to use it. Water goes very slowly. Plus it was very slippery during shower. Hotel does not provide waterproof carpet on it. Finally I put on bathrobe to dial “0” to ask staff to help. Besides this shower problem, hotel located at very good location. Hotel staff are also very polite & nice. Housekeepers very polite and said hello to me. They cleaned up the room very fast at the second day. Concierge staff are helpful , fast and polite too. I called them to pick up my luggage, they came very fast. They were very caring . They gave me a big plastic bag for my shopping gifts. We went to sky bar lunch. Food very delicious , staff very nice & professional. The price also inexpensive. It was worthy. The restaurant view very beautiful .

Love the family room that I have booked. It has all the space that I have needed for this trip. Centrally located within causeway bay area.

Our room is newly renovated. It is clean. Size is ok according to HK standard. Staff are friendly. Great location, plenty of dining spots.

Great location, super close to Causeway Bay train station and Ding Ding Tram station. Rooms are spacious and modern. Great views from the roof top bar .

Close to transport and lots of food options nearby

Park Lane Pullman has never dissapointed us fr the very 1st time that we stayed there after their renovation until the present day. They have excellent service, their staff are courteous and approachable, very used to dealing with foreign guest like us. Specially the doorman and concierge they always have a ready smile on their faces to welcome you and they speak good english, ready to help and make your dealings easy. The Front desk as well , were efficient in handling room check-ins, patiently answering and explaining on any queries you have re ur room, their attention is on you even if visibly there is still a long line waiting to check-in after you. The hotel room is clean, modern and comfortable. We love the Exec Lounge at the 26th flr, the staff are attentive, the food and drinks offered are superb, the furniture is comfortable and ambiance is relaxing. Till next time Park Lane Pullman, you are our home hotel in Hongkong.

Good location, near to Sogo, next to IKEA. Nearby has many eateries and a 24hours supermarket.

I had very efficient stay. Kindly upgraded according to my ALL level, personally greeted. High floor room with park and harbour view was spacious, clean, functional. Breakfast was very good but not overwhelming. Concierge service impeccable, also helped to store baggage for me.
