You cannot feel comfortable here. The room is too expensive and you will not be able to apply for refund.

It's a very good choice of hotel. Instead of bottles of water, they provide us a water station that we can get it anytime.

Comfortable, and close to Kwun Tong industrial area. a comfortable choice and can easily reach to the restaurants and convenient stores.

A great hotel through the years until now. I won't be coming as regularly but I'll make memorial visits in future especially because of the swimming pool, great restaurants around and businesses around.

Location a bit far to Kwun Tong MTR. Most eateries close early and even shops in apm close at 9 pm, cannot believe this is Hong Kong. The reception was helpful as I had to leave an envelope for a friend in HK to pick up and they were helpful. Hong Kong really needs exceptional service more so now as even ;pca; HK people go to Mainland China for better variety of shopping and food.

The environment of the hotel are pretty nice and clean.

To make it clear,hotel is nice ,location so so ,not so bad not so amazing,just fine if you know Hong Kong I guess it’s more convenient (as I do ) ….. There are some other things that annoyed me during my stay in this hotel ….. First of all ,I have been there 8 days with my boyfriend ,23.12-31.12 2023 .Every morning they will knock on the door (which is ok because of cleaning time ) but also they entered our room 2x because we didn’t open when they knocked…Let’s say it might be our fault,but still …. Once we were in intimate moments 😖 . Other days we pressed the button “do not disturb “ annddddddd guess what 🙄They didn’t knock ✊ ,they left the note under our door like “you pressed do not disturb,so if you need cleaning let us know “ which is fine ,but later they will call you and ask if you maybe pressed it by mistake so they are just reminding you if you need to clean the room ….. to be honest all of it was so DISTURBING!!! Like man ,why are you so persistent with reminding me for something that I made it exactly for that reason “DO NOT DISTURB “ why are you calling me after that if you already left the note ! Other thing is ,when I told them to clean,they didn’t change our glasses which were in the bathroom,I washed them but still they should change it ,they didn’t refill coffee like never in 8 days ,not ever once ! 😏 ,they cleaned the room and left dirty towel on the table…. And like so many things were so weird…. Conclusion: Hotel is nice but some hotel manners are annoying,no heating as well,no clean glasses ,no hand soap at all …. And “do not disturb” button is there for disturbing you 😂 Hope I wrote everything what I could remember at the moment!

Excellent location which closes to KwunTong business buildings and 5-8mins walk to MTR station. Hotel provides clean room and efficient service on checking in.

Got an upgrade

Kindly recommend this hotel. A part of Kowloon, in harbour of Kai Tak. This is one of reasons to take this hotel. That extremally know airport already covered by new buidings and nothing gives any remainds of history. But! The take-off of drones is forbidden. You do not even run propps :) Hotel has large tastefull menu at breakfast and high drive at evening. The crew of restorant remember each guest and their behavior. Excellent! Rooms are comfortable, cute and... Did You have wasroom in a wardrobe? This is the case! The entrance to toliet looks like old-fasioned doors of wardrobe :) So funny Pool. Nice place! You will swim anong skyscrapers. Impressed! Transportation. Kowloon Railway station by taxi ... about 100 HKD Airport by taxi ... 320 HKD Tsim Sha Tsui by metro ... 13 HKD Central by metro ... 15 HKD Repulse Bay beach by metro + bus ... 15+8 HKD Around hotel: metro - 600 m ferry to North Point - 400 m Very close to Hotel we will get beautiful place - Chi Lin nunnery and gardenbelonged to nunnery. Excellent feedback from monther-in-law who stayed their for 6 nights; very friendly and attentive service at front desk and concierge, clean and comfortable bed; definitely will choose this hotel again in the next occasion.
