Located at metro station, very convenient public transport to other regions of Hong Kong. Nice service and great breakfast buffet. The room is spacious.

Great hotel! They don't skimp. They want you to feel welcome and don't cut corners. I think this is the first hotel Ive stayed at in China where everything worked. Sauna room, gym, and fitness room. All clean and all working. No hidden fees and no 'renovations'

Almost 2 hours away from the airport, but the hotel is right next to the MTR station and shopping mall. Lots of food and shopping options.

The experience is Good. The hotel is nice and room is spacious but it is a bit dark at the desk area. The attitude and staff service is excellent which responded promptly to my requests.

The check-in and check-out process at the hotel was straightforward and efficient, which we appreciated. As we entered the room, we noted its generous size, providing plenty of space for comfort and movement. However, despite the promising start, we were disappointed by the room's cleanliness. A persistent odor, reminiscent of an old carpet, lingered in the room and refused to dissipate throughout our stay. To address this, we used the hotel-provided air filter, hoping its highest setting would purify the air and rid the room of the smell. Unfortunately, the air filter fell short of significantly improving the air quality. The room's atmosphere remained stale, impeding our comfort and sleep. The challenging air quality made it difficult to fall asleep and cast an unavoidable shadow of discomfort over our stay. Importantly, we had a much better experience at the same hotel just a week prior. This inconsistency was both confusing and disappointing, particularly in light of our initially positive experience.

Excellent clean for the whole room with nice setting in the room, bath tub is really good for relaxing

Location was good near shopping mall and mtr, just 2 minute walk, easy goingg to other places. Room was big and clean with comfortable king bed, even with 3 luggages opened at the same time. It has good amenity with airpurifer inside the room. Ample toilet stuff supply, such as providing extra facial tissue and toilet roll, 1 more water bottle without request, new slippers provided everyday. The cleaning auntie was helpful, polite with greeting and asked what we wanted when we passed by. The staff of the hotel were overall helpful and nice, especially the guy in luggage storage when we checked out. Except the lady at reception counter was not helpful, just looking down and ignoring me even I stood in front of the counter (no other guests around by that time) for checking out (while the other guy engaging on phone at the other end) until I asked for checking out, then she raised up her head and replied me "yes", seemed not want to do. The security was good but the card sensors in the lifts were not so sensitive. Breakfast buffet was average with limited choices and similar food everyday which was not worth the price. The pulic toilets in lobby were not open while we were waiting in lobby area.

I booked this hotel for my brother and sis-in-law's anniversary. Left a message to the hotel for a special deco but there was nothing arranged, neither was there any greeting toys for my 5 year old niece. We were charged a premium price due to the upcoming public holiday but there was no premium service provided at all. It was just a standard "doing a job" kind of experience for us. Rather disappointing given the service standard.

We've been staying here for years for an occasional treat. The staff are really helpful. The room was great as usual and the location, attached to a massive shopping centre was awesome. If I had one complaint, it would be that the hot water was not hot enough for me. I like a hot bath to soak in and lying in a lukewarm bath wasn't great. Other than that it was fine. We'll definitely go there again.
