This hotel not so helpful and not good in service. They not much clean and change the amenoties

The location of the hotel is very convenient and is walking distance to the train station.

The hotel is huge but a little bit outdated. The location is within walking distance from the subway and very near the bus stop. There are many bars and luxury shops nearby. The Victoria Bay is very close. The room is okay. The mattress is a bit hard, but I could sleep soundly. The price is affordable compared to nearby hotels. I recommend it for a family trip.

The staff was very helpful. The location was also quite good. But there was delay in lift as there was a huge number of guests.

Traveling to hotel is very comfortable. It’s very near bus stop to airport and mtr tsim sha tsui.

The room is spacious which is perfect for family. The place is also accessible since it’s near the mtr. The only cons is that they have this prepay wc is equivalent to entire amount of your booking. It’s like a deposit to secure the room. Upon arrival, you still need to pay in full for that room. And it will be refunded within 7days onwards after check out.

Location is perfect near MTR and a lots of dining options. The staff are very accomodating.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hong Kong for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Before even arriving, I noticed that the hotel tends to double its prices during holidays while maintaining the same service quality. This was my second stay here; the first was in 2019, during the Umbrella Movement protests, when the room was much cheaper. Upon arrival, the lobby left a good first impression with its beautiful design, though there were no seating areas available. The front desk staff are very professional in person, but they take a long time to respond to calls from the room. The room itself is of reasonable size, as is the bathroom. However, the bed was too hard and the TV too small. The electrical outlets are not international, necessitating an adapter which the hotel does not provide. The minibar is exorbitantly priced—$40 for a bottle of water? Additionally, the bench near the window was dirty, and the state of the carpet was unacceptable. The light switches are confusing to operate, requiring a degree to figure out. The bathroom was another disappointment: the toilet is an environmental disaster, using an excessive amount of water with each flush—30 seconds of water gushing down like Niagara Falls. The toothpaste provided is in the form of chewable tablets, which I had never seen before and did not like. The shower only had a sliding glass door, resulting in water splashing all over the bathroom. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast. The selection was very limited: - Two types of yogurt - Three types of fruit: watermelon, melon, and pineapple - A noodle stand - An egg station - A rice cooker - Six Indian dishes due to summer holidays - Chicken sausages, bacon, pastries, and sliced bread with jam and butter - A couple of unidentifiable items - Two salads - Coffee, hot water, cold and hot milk, a few juices, and cereals The service was impeccable, but the variety did not justify the price. It was the same every day, which was quite disappointing. The hotel's location is excellent, which is its main advantage. However, for the price, one should not expect five-star amenities, except for the service charges. Drinks in the lounge downstairs cost $75, and many floors remain a mystery as to their purpose. Overall, this hotel fails to deliver value for money, especially during peak pricing periods. I would not recommend it unless you prioritize location over comfort and service quality.

The hotel room size is very good for family gatherings. I told the front desk lady that yesterday was my wife birthday, they provided a cheese cake delivery to my room. It was a warm service. I will book the hotel next time on my birthday.😃

The room ok , the staff ok, the location is nice just walkaway to K11 and near the Victoria harbour

This hotel is very old and it looks like it too. The DEI policy is working out for the hotel. Never have I seen so many Dumb Elderly Ignorant staff in one place. Probably won't stay there again.
