Room is small, provided paper based towel. Not advisable for old folks or people can’t climb stairs as hotel is located a bit up hill. Last nite toilet bowl unable to flush due to no water. Very strange didn’t complain to staff as it was late 10pm.

This hotel is not a bad one especially if you just need a room to get you by. I booked it because of an 11h overnight layover. Since it took me some time to find the hotel and when I arrived the front desk seemed to be on a break (I waited 30 mins), I was technically in the room for less than 5 hours. The room, btw, is a small clean rectangular box for one person (check the distance of where things are based on the photos.) Even though the hotel is smack in the middle of Central and it’s about a four minute walk from Central Subway station (Exit D1, turn right, and take the steep climb to your left), it’s not advisable to come here ON FOOT WITH HEAVY LUGGAGE because you will need to take several flights of stairs (steep in HK standards, be aware). Be aware, too, that it’s very close to night clubs and bars, and you will hear the loud and bustling night life until the wee hours from your room. Good thing I was very tired, so that didn’t bother me. I also wasn’t expecting a full sleep since I needed to get up early for my flight. I can’t say that the staff in the front desk was hospitable. He was neither warm nor cold. He answered all my questions—including the “missing” towels. Turns out, there’s one pack of disposable bath towel in the bathroom, which I found sufficient given I only needed to shower once during my stay. Bring your own toiletries! Again, if you simply need a roof above your head for a short time, this will suffice price-wise, location-wise. If you are on vacation, I would suggest you choose a different hotel.

It was my 3rd time to stay in your hotel, but sad to say the room i got was not thoroughly cleaned. Really dissappointed. Though the lady in the counter was nice compared last time.

Location is perfect. I'm ok with small rooms. The problem i got is that the room gets really damp (floor, walls, bed sheet) even if the airconditioning is on full blast. I just used their disposable towel for the floors and bought own towel outside. They should stick with regular towels because their disposable towels don't solve environmental problems.

This is a very nice boutique hotel. They have a phone in the room, clean private bathroom, and probably the best good sleep I have ever had. So convenient to all central Hong Kong locations and very active night life seen after sunset and all convenient shops for daytime. Loved it :-)

Small but clean. It’s high up on the hill though so it’s better to take a cab there.

If you arrived in the hotel earlier than your check in time and you want to roam around the city but you have a lot of stuff, You can just leave it there and it will be safe. Or you can just stay in the hotel lobby while waiting for your time and take a rest as much as you want. The place is accessible as you can find many bars and restaurants nearby. As well as shopping centers. The staff are also accommodating and the place has a friendly environment.

The water supply is disrupted, no heat and hot water during bathing, water supply is restricted and the reception staff said he can't help nor cancel the booking, no teeth brush, or towel or slippers

The location is good, right in the middle on Central. There is no ventilator in the room. The room is humid even though the AC is turned on all the time. That's why they privide paper-like towel. Only showergel provided. They also provide free water filter at lobby which is save your money for drink.

Stayed 4 nights. It works for a clean and comfortable stay. The cleanliness is fine, but not top notch and can find many black dots and etc. While the location is a bit hard to access as need to climb many stairs (its like a hill). Furthermore, the rooms are a bit humid as there is no windows. It’s ok to consider, but not that worthy if price is high.

The location is very great. Very near to Central station. But up hill stair way make heavy luggage traveler a little troublesome. They don’t provide toothpaste toothbrush. Only provide disposable paper type towel. For the price I am all okay. The major complain I have is their air conditioning. When I adjust temperature to 20c, after overnight sleep, ceiling and floor is all wet by a lot of condense water. If that is a big problem for you, then you need to leave temperature setting to very very cold like 10c to dehumidify. I attached some photo shows how bad the water condensation are.

The Room floor cracked up at Level 5 and is not being repaired or properly filled for cleanliness. The L Shape bathroom is ridiculous small and the shower sprinkle is facing a tight corner of the soap holder which has no place to stand for a decent shower.

As a frequent traveler in 40s I have been to hot Southeast Asian countries like Singapore, Thailand..etc. Familiar with humidity and the AC usage at accommodation or shopping malls. Forget about the cold airplane air...this old as F hotel uses AC at BRUTALLY COLD settings. And no it is not possible to adjust the wind or temperature. Pillow position of ALL rooms are facing towards the old fashioned AC duct. AND, EVEN if you change your head position, your head and stomach still will feel very cold all night long. I tried to sleep using different strategies to protect myself brutal arctic temperature. Same thing at the lobby most of the time ...when the overweight lady says she walked up the hill and stairs. But 2 AC units in the lobby are far away from the narrow glass enclosed area. Why dues she have to cause suffering to guests? There were 2 young boys from Germany who were wearing fleece jackets while sitting at the lounge area. Imagine that!

Great cleanliness, check-in service and no deposit required. Great experience, much recommended for convenience and a safe, guaranteed stay.
