The room is large and comfortable with a stunning view. Amenities and facilities are sufficient. We love the quiet and cozy environment here too!

The staff is nice and make an upgrade for us. The room is big and clean. The pool is good for swimming. Is nice to have 24hours gym!

Glad to be back for the second time. Room is super comfortable with spectacular harbour view. Great to see rooms are well equipped with filtered water dispenser. Excellent service front desk staffs are friendly and helpful, overall felt accommodated. Can’t get enough of the staycation and would surely return.

It’s my great pleasure to re stay at Hyatt regency again! This Hyatt Regency Shatin is my first time but I used to be here for dining n drinking w fds. The room is clean n tidy but too many people to wait for check in at 2-3pm so I got my double interlinked sea view rooms at almost 5pm even I paid to upgrade myself!

Excellent service. The pool and gym was clean and not too busy on the weekend of a public holiday. The dinner buffet was ok with a good variety and selection

The Hyatt Regency in Shatin is very convenient for a get away for a day as it is very close to The university station MTR on the East Rail Line. This time the view was great, and I had a sunny day at the pool🎉

There were 3 person in reception and delayed 10 minutes with one costumer ahead of me, the 3 persons. I just wanted to make checkout. The shower super dirty with black spots. The electrical stair to lobby does not work, and need to make line for long time in the elevator The check-in was nice and professional, the guy was paying attention to my expectations. The rest of things, disappointed.

Great stay! Beautiful view & nice facilities. Staffs were helpful, and their room service food was great!

I really liked the room and the breakfast, but the bathtub was a bit dirty unfortunately (I saw some dust when I turned on the tap). I wish there were more food choices for the breakfast too, like more cold cuts (they only had turkey ham and salami) and plain yogurt instead of packaged frozen yogurt. I prefer Hyatt centric’s buffet, but I guess for the price it’s not too bad. Also the desk light in my room wasn’t working for some reason. However I do recognise that demand to stay here is really high this season (even the lifts were full), so I understand if not everything is perfect.

The hotel is clean, and they even provide a water filter inside the room so it was very convenient for someone who drinks water regularly. The hotel is also a 3 minute walk from the University Station, which allowed me to travel to the closest shopping mall (New Town Plaza) at Sha tin. The overall experience was very good and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Living on top floor corner room with spectacular panorama from Shing Mun River to CUHK main campus. However the escalator near bus terminus is always not open (under maintenance), need to rely on other lifts for entrance.
