Great hotel in a great location right next to the metro line (2 stations to central), tram. Very spacious and well-equipped rooms, daily cleaning, quiet, I have absolutely no complaints. Right across the street is a beautiful promenade where I recommend watching the sunsets. I spent 6 nights there and my room was on the 17th floor with a sea view. Absolutely great value for money. The biggest thanks to Mr. Tom C T CHEUNG (daily security officer) who took great care of my stay in Hong Kong every day and recommended unique places to visit according to my expectations (beaches, islands, places to go out in the evenings) and each of these places was an absolute hit. Tom speaks excellent English and provides such exceptional customer service that I will gladly return to this hotel in the future thanks to him. He is a man who clearly does his job with great passion. There are many restaurants and grocery stores around. I think everyone will be happy to stay at this hotel. You can of course leave your luggage in the storage room if you have an evening flight (it was my case).

Very convenient location near the metro station. Basic clean spacious hotel. Got putto sea view room on the upper floors.

We went to HK to visit a friend in Sai Ying Pun. The metro is just below the hotel. It was a good location. Front office staff were not very friendly or maybe its just a misunderstanding, nevertheless they kept our luggage.

We had a great stay at Eco Tree Hotel. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the metro station and tram stop, but walkable to Central in 15 minutes too. The staff were super friendly and the concierge Tom gave us lots of great recommendations for food around the area. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough - shower pressure was fantastic, and I was super surprised and pleased to have a Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom! Overall, the value for money was fantastic and I'd happily recommend this hotel as a base to others visiting Hong Kong for a few days, looking for somewhere central that has everything you need at a good price. Thank you!

Admitted Error on my part regarding the booking, immediately informed to cancel or modify, i appreciate the hotels gesture to make another booking then they will consider the cancellation of the wrong one, the only problem was i was given merely 10 minutes to make another booking which i failed due to weak signal and the message was received late. Result =wasted money…. But still grateful to Trip.com for the coins offered to be used for another booking.

Amazing hotel, the location was very nice and the room was clean and spacious. The beds were also very comfortable. Tom of the security department was very nice and helpful, he gave us some good tips for diner spots and places to go to. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is beside MTR Sai Ying Pun, if u don’t hv luggage can exit from A2. If with luggage can take the lift at A1 n come out from LG. Hotel is very clean, the size is consider ok for me. There’s a cafe just downstairs.

We stayed here for the second time. Not a pricy and clean option next to the metro station and within a relatively walking distance from the mid-levels and the ferry ports

Great stay and location although with the entrance not ideal next to the stalls but it is next to the train station so very convenient. No issues with service and accommodation at all.

mistakenly booked this hotel in stead of the Causeway Bay branch. did not go check in .. all money lost. Hotel not bother to contact me even though I paid and did not check in

Nice cozy hotel, close to mtr station. Good position and clean rooms.

Hotel is not located in an ideal area but over all cleanliness and services are excellent.
