extremely great location. K11 mall, HK art museum is right opposite the hotel. The sea view room is clean and spacious, size is okay for a family with one infant. Harbour view is terrific! The only downside of the room is the design of the toilet can be noiseless, the sound of flashing toilet, closing door and turn on/off light is loud. The shower room drains slowly.

Very convenient. Just renovated and power plugs aplenty with USB C sockets too. Convenient location and well lit corridors and rooms. Cosy and comfortable.

Location is great! Is very convenient to shop around and there is also a MTR station within 2mins walk. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good too! We enjoyed the view and stay!

The service is generally good, staff are helpful, except when we would like to dial the concierge to ask for a slightly later check out time there’s no one to answer us.

I like it! But the mattress and blanket are quite humid (probably because of the weather outside, I don’t know).

Just had a nice and pleasant stay over the weekend at this hotel with my family. My room do offer a very nice/perfect harbor view, love it so much. Location is really good where you have everything like, shopping, food, MTR and bus stop. I will return again.

Water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom; would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

when u speak mandrain to the stuff，they answer u in en，but after u continue talk in en，the stuff keep silent. would i know what is the problem？ It makes u feeling even worse than the express hotel！

we booked for 3adults, the price for the room is more expensive as we have to book an extra bed unlike other establishments where the extra bed is already included in the price of the room

2nd time at Sheraton, we were here last December and came back for the CNY celebration. Again.. it was fantastic stay. Breakfast was great and staff were nice and helpful. Definitely and I would say this again, definitely we will stay again, and again and again. Thank you Sheraton Hong Kong and Towers!

The view is wonderful if you take a harbor view, it really changes the experience. The service is great except the check in process, the staff is not enough, plus they let the platinum member in before the other guests so you will have to wait until there are non more platinum… they should have at least ONE PERSON taking care or non platinum members. Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

The location is great, very convenient. The staff were all really friendly and accommodating. The room was nice with a good harbor view. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.
