Overall it's very good, the room service attitude is very good and thoughtful. Some minor details need improvement: the scale had no power, the phone could not be used, the sticky note was used by the previous customer and was not updated, and the whole hotel had no power from 3 to 5 pm on the day of check-in.

This is my second stay in this hotel.
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cozy environment made it a relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and I especially enjoyed the Hong Kong-style egg puff—a delightful touch in the morning.
Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great during our stay, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor area and swimming pool. Hopefully, next time we’ll get to experience more of the facilities!
The hotel is highly accessible, with a convenient free shuttle service from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I noticed a higher number of non-Chinese-speaking staff, which might be beneficial for international travelers.
Overall, a great stay, and I’d love to return in better weather with the seaview room!

The facilities are complete and the service is enthusiastic. There is a taxi downstairs, and it is convenient for shopping and dining. The most important thing is that it is close to the airport. There is a shuttle to the airport.

Everything is great. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. The subway outlet and the cinema are downstairs, which is very convenient. It is also very close to Disney. The only drawback is that the morning counter does not speak Mandarin, which is a bit surprising.
