I came from the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, took the Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui, and then followed the signs in the MTR underground all the way to the hotel. I paid extra to upgrade to a Sky Seaview room and even received complimentary butterfly pastries. The front desk staff were all very friendly and polite. Excellent! The front desk staff was very kind; since my Visa debit card couldn't cover the deposit, they kindly waived it for us. The room was spacious with a fantastic view, offering a beautiful night view of Victoria Harbour. It was very clean. We bought the hotel's famous butterfly pastries, and as guests, we even got a 20% discount. All the hotel staff were lovely, always smiling, greeting us, and proactively opening doors. Very satisfied!

Surprised to have an upgraded room for a 3 nights stay! Roof top swimming pool with nice harbor view. Clean water. Great gym too! Room is big. Close to shopping mall and shops n restaurants. Taxi station just next to the hotel lobby! Public transportation also close to the hotel. Staff are all initiative and polite. Wonderful stay and must come back.

Booked this hotel for my daughter, and she absolutely raved about it! It's right next to K11, not far from Harbour City, and the subway station is nearby. The front desk service was excellent, and the room was spotless. Truly lives up to its reputation as a well-established hotel.
