Nice Hotel with a good location, but not enough staff, especially at the check in counter. I spent one hour checking in, and there was only one person at the check in counter. Overall I like this hotel and will come back again

In my opinion, the location is great where you can easily find from the exit station and locate in the area. Note: you have to ask for towel change, or more shower kits or cleaning (just the trash clean), otherwise there will be nothing more than the first day. The service is good according to local Hongkong hotel which is slightly different from a REALLY good hotel in another country (just my thoughts it doesn't mean it's that bad) Overall is fine for me, but there are something to improve like there were leaking spots in the hotel which maybe from oldness of hotel. Service and taking care is good which you can find in other hotels, if you can accept a little bit old hotel exchange with location, then it's ok. PS. I stayed 6 days and ask for cleaning only once.

Only location is very OK in the heart of Taim Sha Tsui. I can access the hotel from Airport by Airport Bus A21. Bus stop is only few stepes from the hotel. As stay for 3D2N, there was no housemaid service, I guess. Since Air Condition Pad not working, I have to stay at super chill at night but it does not matter for me.......However, there are a few cockroaches in the bathroom and fridge cabin..... Anyway, I paid only USD 67 per night for private room with private bathroom. i can live with that. iI thought this hotel is still better than hostel or guesthouse in Chu King Mansion (good place for budget traveller). If you are looking for cleanliness as priority, this is not your choice.

The hotel’s location is very good since it’s located near bus stop. Downside was, you cannot request to clean the room. Hotel staff said they only clean rooms before check-in and after check-out.

Basically no service at all. Extended 2 more days with no fresh towels nor room clean. No complimentary water. No tissues.

Check in was smooth. Spacious rooms. Rooms and amenities a bit old. You can spot some roaches. Convenient location.

the room we stayed is not quite clean, place is ok but crowded outside the lobby since many by standers or sellers harrasing tourist to buy things from them

Very dirty Washroom door all Funger and Wet. service Very Bad one day afternoon I am sleeping in my room.somebody knock my room door I think room service But not.service People send Pet control People spray chemical in my room. I Very angey and go office complain.I Very surprise the manager give me Answeri iti is.Very common and then he said the chemical is not effect humanHealth.He gave me Answer he don/t solve the Promble.so I never comebacK this hotel.
