3PM check in location wise it’s 3-5 minutes away MTRs near food places and bars. Hashtag B is near if you want to buy egg tart

Just a 5-minute walk from MTR station, with a lot of shopping malls and restaurants around the hotel. If you like play claw machine that's a shop just beside the hotel!

The price is very good. The hotel is near to the Mira hotel but the room was a little bit dirty. comparing with the price, this hotel is a good choice ,tho. The room is big. All the facilities are old

Location was great, right in the central and not too far from the nearest station. However room does feel slightly run down, otherwise all is pretty good

Value for money! Location was convenient to metro stations TST and Jordan. Short walk from A21 bus stop from airport. Donki few metres down the road and a bunch of restaurants and 7/11s downstairs. Minutes walk to the famous ‘Bakehouse’ egg tarts too!
Room was very clean, all basic amenities provided. Air conditioning was very strong, lighting was great and bed was comfortable.
Staff were all delightful to interact with.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Hotel is really old and run down, the whole place has damp carpet smell including in the rooms, the mattress in my room was so old in curved in like the shape of a boat, it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Maybe newly renovated rooms are better but I cannot say as I didn’t get that room type. But we do get what we pay for.

Very good location, even mrt station signboard also have mention exit point for Kimberley Hotel.
The hotel looks very old already and the room we stay also have some older smell.

I think the only plus point is that the location is good. Otherwise its a really old hotel, cleanliness is soso, front desk service is also sub-par.

We always stay in Kimberley Hotel. Very convenient. Daily housekeeping. Helpful staff. Can store luggage while waiting for check-in and after check-out. Hope they get to renovate all rooms soon! Will always be our favorite hotel in TST!

The place needs TOTAL renovation, especially those electrical outlets that doesnt support USB port. The front desk staff were very accommodating except for ONE MALE FRONT DESK with nameplate says TRAINEE. very un accommodating and rude when speaking with customer.

The hotel is located in Prime location in TST. The location is a bit far from MTR. Old fashioned hotel with nice service. The only cons is that many mistake door knocking
