Location is covenient, have 7/11 and ok store near by which is 24 hours. Near bar area so if you are bored then can go for few. However the hotel do not have water in the room for you, no blames for shaving or tooth brush, internet has no signal. Overall mot very impress, just sleep is ok.

Very good hotel conveniently located in Wanchai, we stayed here twice as a family. very near to EXIT C of Wanchai MTR and also the DingDing tram. Bus to airport (A11) stops just nearby. Rooms would need some maintenance and refurbishment but generally speaking they are ok for this price level.

TV control not working.
Had to request for iron and ironing board else it’s not included in the room.
Sad that the hotel does not provide toothbrush and tooth paste kit.

Location is very convenient, room is ok for the price but the service was not up to par. Nobody can be found at the lobby. I waited for 15 mins. It’s hard to get help.

I booked 4/21 to 4/22but your system errors 4/21 to 4/21. Therefore, empire hotel didn’t honor this booking when I checked in. I have to pay the entire fee. I request for my refund. Please check out your system errors. Enclosed please find attached documents.

We stay 2 nights last 2 weeks, great location, friendly staff, few convenience stores at the door step, walking distance to MRT. Lucky to received free upgrade Room, definitely highly recommended

The location is excellent. The check-in and check-out processes are easy and quick. The only area that could be improved is the “sound proof” that sometime could hear the loud conversation from the hall outside the room.

Emergency hotel, expensive and very small room, low quality amenities and old furniture and elevators

Stayed here during the rugby 7s tournament. About a 25 minute to the stadium so ideal for that. Located near many bars and restaurants and also about a 25 minute walk to central station area. Offered everything that was needed and reception staff were friendly. Pictures are the view from my room

The hotel's location is great and the staff is very friendly. Room is nice and very clean. Only negative point is that the wifi didn't work at all.
