Empire Hotel Hong Kong - Causeway Bay

Our stay at The Emperor Hotel Causeway Bay in Hong Kong was absolutely fantastic! As soon as my daughter walked in, she said she loved it. I immediately started taking photos and posted on social media about how wonderful and elegant this hotel is. We were on the 29th floor, and the large window offered stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The ceilings are high, and they provided toothbrushes, soap, coffee, and tea. On the second day, we even received a complimentary bottle of mineral water. The front desk also offers free tea, coffee, and newspapers. This hotel completely shattered my preconceptions about Hong Kong accommodation being expensive and small. The Tin Hau MTR station is super convenient for getting around. On our last day, when we stored our luggage, they even gave us two Ferrero Rocher chocolates as we left – so polite and incredibly thoughtful! My daughter and I both agreed that we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hong Kong! Several parents who saw my Hong Kong trip photos have asked me where we stayed, and I've been recommending The Emperor Hotel Causeway Bay without hesitation! Excellent location, well-equipped facilities, and very clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. There are plenty of power outlets for all types of plugs. The service attitude is great. Highly recommend staying here!

I've stayed at this Empire Hotel Causeway Bay several times now. It's definitely getting on in years. Honestly, if it weren't for the convenient location, this hotel really wouldn't be worth the money.

Didn't want to stay in the overly noisy Tsim Sha Tsui, so I specifically chose The Empire Hotel Causeway Bay. The quiet and comfortable room with a rooftop observation deck was perfect. They offer afternoon tea, which is great for a little pick-me-up after a long day of sightseeing. I was 99% satisfied with everything, except for the iced water at breakfast which had a strong bleach-like taste, as if it was just tap water that had been chilled. I hope they can improve this.

The hotel is a short walk from Tin Hau MTR station, which is very convenient. The hotel is also very clean, and the family-friendly facilities are quite good; my child loved them. I'm very satisfied with how clean and tidy the hotel is, and the front desk service was excellent too. I'm very happy with my stay here.

Excellent! The breakfast and afternoon tea included with our room booking offered a wide variety of choices. The service was also great, with the front desk staff being very enthusiastic. They even helped us store our luggage.

The rooms in Hong Kong are compact but well-equipped. They even thoughtfully provided a universal travel adapter. The location is very close to Tin Hau MTR station, with many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great experience.

The room was great and clean, the surroundings were convenient, and the view was fantastic. The only downside was the power outlets; they were really inconvenient. It seemed like they didn't want you to use adapters, as plugging one in would often hit the switch and prevent charging. Plus, there were no charging ports by the bed, which was very inconvenient, and there was no dryer available.

Traveling with family, I booked two rooms with 1.8m beds. The space was decent, not a shoebox. It was quite convenient for getting around, with buses and subways nearby, and plenty of dining options.
