Empire Hotel Kowloon－Tsim Sha Tsui

I booked a king room but was upgraded for free to a slightly larger twin room. The room has sealed windows, so the air conditioning was running constantly for ventilation. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and disposable slippers were provided. The hotel's location is quite close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. It's also near Victoria Harbour, making it convenient for getting around, especially for solo travelers. Overall, it's pretty good.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, conveniently close to both tourist attractions and the subway. Although the room was small, it had everything I needed. Overall, a great experience!

The hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It features a kids' play area and a Hong Kong-style milk tea buffet. The staff are enthusiastic, and both breakfast and afternoon tea are excellent. Our stay was fantastic, and we'll definitely come back next time.

The location is excellent, the room is very clean, and the service is superb, especially the cleaning staff and Mr. Lin from the concierge at the lobby entrance. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Its location is incredibly convenient for getting around, whether by subway, for shopping, or dining. The breakfast spread is also quite good. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

1. The room was better than I expected. I was a bit worried about the cleanliness at this price point in Hong Kong, but I felt much more at ease after arriving. The overall hygiene was good, and they even provided a wooden toothbrush, though I brought my own and didn't need it. 2. The front desk staff and the person handling luggage were very friendly. I locked my room card inside the room, and they helped me resolve it. They even gave me some chocolates afterwards. 3. The room is indeed much smaller compared to Guangzhou, so be prepared for that. However, I was only staying for one night, so it was acceptable. 4. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. To get to the high-speed rail station, you can walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East Station and take the MTR to Austin. It's also very convenient for getting to Central or other places. 5. Areas for improvement: - I kept pressing the elevator floor button with no response. It turns out you need to swipe your card first. I suggest they put up a sign with instructions. - I thought there was no hairdryer, so I didn't wash my hair. Only the next day did I find it in a cabinet outside the bathroom. I suggest placing it in a more visible spot in the bathroom (e.g., above where the toiletries are).

Located in a bustling area with many Korean restaurants and a Christian church nearby, it's also within walking distance to the Avenue of Stars. The only downside is that the room I booked was non-refundable. My plans changed, and they wouldn't let me cancel, so I ended up just staying at the hotel for over an hour.

Bed bugs! There are bugs! I wasn't bitten on the first day because I covered the bedding once. When I came back at night, I found black flakes on the sheets. At first, I thought it was dust falling from the ceiling, but later I realized it was bed bug feces. The next day, I woke up with six, seven, or eight bites on my body. This hotel costs an average of 1,000 during holidays. The money earned from one person staying here is enough to replace several beds! Pure stinginess.

The service was great! The room wasn't very big, but the bathroom was spacious. There was a good amount of exercise equipment in the room, which was perfect for working off a big meal. The hotel was quite busy, and the overall environment was excellent with a prime location.
