Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong

The hotel front desk offered Mandarin service, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a thorough overview of the hotel facilities and important information. The hotel is located in Hong Kong's Causeway Bay, a very central area, making travel extremely convenient with bus and MTR stations right downstairs. The facilities, however, are a bit dated, and there was no bottled water provided. Although the room had a bathtub, there was a minor issue with water retention for some reason. Overall, for the price in Hong Kong, staying at this hotel was very good value for money.

Everything was great. The front desk even upgraded me to an executive room for free. The breakfast selection was decent. However, both beds on the first night were incredibly itchy, and I had to request a complete change of all the bedding before it was resolved. Hygiene is definitely something they need to pay more attention to. The location is super convenient for transportation, dining, and entertainment, and for the price, you really can't complain.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. It's close to bus stops, the metro, and the tram. The high-floor room offered nice views. While not huge, it was perfect for one or two people. Excellent value for money, highly recommend! 👍

Very close to Causeway Bay MTR, the Central Library, and Victoria Park. The surrounding area offers convenient dining and transportation. Every time I come to Hong Kong, I consider staying here, as it offers great value for money in the city.

The room was very clean. Facilities: Good. The room isn't huge but it has everything you need. Location: Very convenient. Easy access to the subway, bus, and shopping. Service: Excellent. They promptly fixed a minor issue with the bathroom.

The room size was okay, but the air conditioning was very noisy. One of the three elevators was under maintenance, so we had to wait a long time.

The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by numerous shopping areas, making it convenient to return and rest after a long day of exploring. Everyone in my group found something they liked. There was one Indian restaurant, whose exact location I can't recall, that I highly recommend. However, the facilities are indeed old, and there's a strong sense of an economic downturn.
