Overall is very good but too much dust

This is my first time write review. I got my bad luck here. After arrive sunny bay station we ride the auberge shuttle bus to the hotel and it stop infront of the hotel lobby. At the first … the front desk who help us to check in not so friendly and then we already register to ride the last shuttle bus 14.20 to the sunny bay station. And we wait at the lobby at 14.00 But we missed it! Because the shuttle bus is not infront the hotel lobby. You have to walk 30meter .There’s not so crowded at that time. I mean why the staff didn’t announce or ask and tell us. End up we ride the bus. And the next day we checked out . i left my bag:( at the room. We wait for the next shuttle bus at hotel. While we wait the hotel didnt say that there’s a bag left in the room. SHAME ON THE AUBERGE STAFF WHO TOOK IT! Because THERE’s RED ENVELOPE from our aunt who keep it 6years until us manage to go hongkong and give us. I know it’s my mistake left something. I didnt realize it until i want to pay something with my credit card.when i realized it i email and contact auberge. In the short time the housekeeping coordinator said did’nt find it at the room. I JUST WANT TO SAID that money YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE IT. You’ll GET MY CURSE AND GET THE KARMA! we go there to stay there and have fun. YOU SHOULD CONCERN ABOUT THAT MONEY. how can you take out the money from the red envelope and spend it and say you didn’t get it. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU! the hotel is good but most of the staff not friendly and the staff who took my bag definetely have cheap profile! Imagine that this happen to you or your loved one!
