Very central hotel, with excellent service and resembling prices. There is a lot of perks to booking with trip.com like free sim cards.

Very good location. Easy access. The trendy #hashtag eggtart just right at the corner.

The location is very convenient - surrounding with many restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets. The breakfast is served with variety of dishes. In the rooms there are many facilities and stuff to use at our convenience. The hotel environment is good , nice smell and staff are very polite and professional.

The room is a little dark and all the small side, but it’s a decent size at this price for Hong Kong. The staff in the lobby are attentive and helpful

Beautiful hotel, quite clean and homely, very friendly staff and it’s located in a very convenient area. So many stores around, also near the train station. Would stay here again!

"City view" was just several meters from another building and bamboo scaffolding. Room feels dated. Overnight sounds are very loud, from loud fridge and downstairs music. Location is okay because it is in TST, but MTR makes everything closer.

The hotel was in a great location at the heart of Hong Kong. 10 min by walk from the Victoria Harbor. Many restaurants in every corner. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a free flow of cold/hot water. The room is clean and they have all the amenities. The gym, however, was not so good. It looks abandoned and there is not much. We definitely recommend this hotel in Hong Kong

Very nice location. We stayed 3 nights but for some reason room was not cleaned and towels changd before our last night. Breakfast was tasty but not too many choices. Hotel staff was nice and very helpful. Nothing to complain about.

Overall was acceptable but not pleasant. What was not acceptable was that aircon was not cold at all, room felt stuffy and difficult to sleep in. After the technician came by to check he did not solve the problem. I changed room and the problem persisted. The shower switch was damaged and you can’t use the rain shower. Water pressure was ok. Lucky I only stayed for one night. I will not stay again next time, the are other better appointed hotels for the price paid.

I have been visiting HKG countless times these past 30 years. Hotel staff' courtesy and cleanliness seem to be major problems in HKG regardless how much I spent for the hotel rooms. (But, I never wrote a complaint though. If I really can't stand, I simply don't return back) However, The Luxe Manors really gave me an impressive surprise. During our 2 nights stay, the rooms were the cleanest. Newly furnished interior. Good amenities provided. Variety choices and delicious buffet breakfast. All the hotel staff we encountered had a nice attitude & smiles on their faces. They greeted us whenever we passed by. The service provided was courteous, sincere and helpful. Kudos to the hotel managers involved. You have trained your staff very well. I will definitely book to stay at this hotel again when I come to HKG next time.

Small room. Dont really fancy with the interior designs. Location is very strategic
