The staff are very nice and polite. Room is big compare with Hong Kong other hotel, clean and feel comfortable. Will book again and recommend my friends.

The hotel is very convenient position very big rooms compare to HK standard has very good facilities like outside swimming pool . The staff is very gentle polite and professional

Harbour Plaza :
Check-in in this hotel takes time because few staffs only are on duty. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel facilities are complete but they still using old model tv๐
but overall it's a good stay have swimming pool, sauna and gym room. At the lobby have a small Cafe and a dining restaurant.

Hotel facilities ate good considering its pricing. Shuttle buses to TST and high speed rail are available. Gym and club house also available. The only draw back is its location is rather remote and a bit far from MTR if you want to take subway.

It was my first time staying in this hotel. I knew that it was not a young hotel before booking thus I didnโt have any high expectation. The price was quite attractive despite during the Easter Hotel period, so I spend 2 nights there. Overall speaking, I enjoyed my stay very much. Everything was perfectly fine and the room size was surprisingly big. The staff were very polite and helpful. And I would love to stay there again sometimes.

Good location.
But the building too old & needs further renovation.
Staffs were very responsive & kind.
Not value worth because too expensive.

Quite OK and decent value for money, aside from the breakfast cost. Nice pool and top room. Location is not well suited to one unused to Hong Kong - needed three trains and a 15 minute walk to get there.

Very big hotel room, especially for Hongkong standards. Many food options around. Also a few international food options. MTR station relatively far away but many bus options.

This is a second time rent this hotel, the CP is quite ok. The location not very good, but have bus stop near hotel

Honestly, my expectations were higher. A bit of walk to the nearest mtr station. Rooms are not soundproof at all, don't even need an alarm in the morning cuz you would definitely wake up to the noise of other people outside. Rooms are quite old, bathroom is tiny. Overall, just 2/5.
