The room is spacious and clean, providing a pleasant environment for our stay. However, I did notice that the air conditioner is somewhat noisy, and the sound insulation could be improved. At night, I often hear the sounds of doors opening and closing in neighboring rooms, which can be a bit disruptive.
On a positive note, Alan, the front desk staff member who assisted with our check-in, was exceptionally polite and efficient, making the process smooth and welcoming.

I am writing to formally address my concerns regarding the persistent issues I have encountered during my recent stay at your hotel. Despite multiple assurances from your team, I have been repeatedly assigned rooms with significant deficiencies, including:
- Dust accumulation on surfaces
- Worn and damaged cabinet doors
-Inadequate ventilation
Regrettably, my complaints have not been resolved, and it appears my concerns have been disregarded. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution.

Hotel is super convenient and smack right between shipping malls and the HK ZhuHai transportation hub. Will definitely stay at this hotel again mainly for its convenience and excellent location. Hotel rooms are a bit small though.

There was a serious incident regarding my safety and the staff didn't want to solve the issue. Their attitude is unacceptable. The room was small and the bathroom inconvenient. The tap was so hard to open, that I almost injured my hands every time I tried to turn on the water.

Room size was on the small side. But it was clean and neat. The only complain is about the water taps for the sink as well as the shower. They are quite difficult to operate and you really need to work it as as there's no handle on the tap. It was just a knob. So make sure you don't try to use it with a soap on your hand cos it might hurt you!

Nice location, very convenient for travel/shopping/go anywhere. Also have taxi spot.
It’s an old fashioned hotel, furnitures are aged. If you stay for several days, you should call the reception to get everyday house keeping service, otherwise you have not.
