I have stayed at Lihao for about ten times on and off, and this time was the worst. The room hygiene was average, the washroom and shower room smelled bad, and the breakfast was even more average. The plates for breakfast were not wiped dry and were placed directly on the countertop after washing. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. I called for half an hour in the evening, but no one answered. . . There were clearly four people at the front desk. I had to take the elevator downstairs to complain before the waiter brought it up. The service is obviously not worth the 1600 room rate during the Spring Festival.
