the size of the room is not small, but there are not many facilities provided other than a restaurant.

I feel the only thing that let them down was not having laundry services they were not helpful and offered no real solution I would encourage them to partner up with a local laundry with pressing facilities for shirts and jackets

Great value, convenient location, attentive staff. I'd recommend this hotel, but book in advance!

The hotel is well located between Chan Wai and Causeway bay subway stations. The room was at the 20th (last) floor with a nice view on the mountain. The negative point is that we were hearing the vibrations from the airco groups located on the roof (?). The room is clean but extremely old like many hotels in HK so ok it was expected. There are only old plugs and only HK type (normal we are in HK) but not well located so if you place the adapter to the one close to the bed it can't fit... The bath tap is also extremely old. I was afraid to break it each time I took a shower. But water was warm and in quantity so no problem. The breakfast is a buffet but food/dishes were not well prepared. For instance the bacon was overcooked and very hard or looks like if it has been prepared the day before. The cheese looked like if it stayed too long outside. Nothing appetising :s

Stayed in this hotel before and they have a problem with their wifi. So I requested for a room with better internet connection and they gave a room located at their "signature" floor. It is definitely an upgrade.

Good services and condition Electric water machine offer, and sufficient room necessary things offered. Hot water for bathing Food shops, canteens, restaurants , supermarkets nearby hotel. Efficiency transportation and MTR walk 10 minutes to hotel.

We usually checkin in this hotel everytime we are in HK becausevof its location and proximity in the heart of the citu. We enjoy the rooms and the breakfast yhst truly fascinating and taste of asian, chinese and western combination.

The hotel although is old, it is still nice. The location is nice. Plenty of nearby restaurants. It is also accessible. The hotel is not that far from wanchai and causeway bay mtr stations. Just note that the hotel don’t offer any toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste. The only thing they provide are hand soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash. There are no free water and coffee as well.

The location is good. Near both Wan Chai and Causeway bay MTR stations. It’s good if you want a bathroom and a bed for a night in the city centre of Hong Kong. A small gym room is available.

The Charterhouse Causeway Bay is in an excellent location on Hong Kong Island. The hotel has a please Cafe for breakfast and lunch. Outside there are many other eating options, a supermarket across the street and a 711 around the corner. Inside the rooms are compact but comfortable. I would recommend it for another business trip.

The bath towel has a bug hole. I spoke to the front desk and they gave me a clean one. Good location. NO USD charging.

I really loved this hotel! We stayed in the 2nd floor and it was very modern. I heard the rooms in Hong Kong were small but this room was actually a good size. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. I would recommend this hotel to any one visiting Hong Kong! I do have to add, the walls are a little thin so sometimes we can hear the neighbors. Also there is always a little light from the wall- it never turns off, even at night.

It was a great time staying with this hotel I would recommend it 10/10
