Excellent. My prioritised hotel selection whenever I travel to Hong Kong. Firstly, their rooms are more spacious, room & toilet very clean. We encountered wifi connection issues when checked into room but this was very speedily rectified by their friendly and helpful staff. Jordan MTR is accessible via its shopping mall. Shopping is a bliss with Temple Street night market, Yue Hwa and Wing On Shopping centre within walking distance. There are many eateries nearby. I simply love my stay.

Hotel linked to one of the exit of Jordan Station, lots of eateries & shops nearby. Got free upgrade to a spacious room which is absolutely rare to find spacious affordable room in congested HK.

Great Hotel location just next to MTR. Good for family trip and toilet very clean.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it's just a 1-2 minute walk from both the MTR Jordan and the bus stop. It's only one station away from Tsim Tsa Tsui and I can easily walk to Victoria Harbour from there.

Kudos to staff who helped arrange non-smoking rooms on 13th floor. The hotel is located in a good area. It’s convenient for people to use public transport e.g. bus, MTR. Amenities provided as expected. The room we had stayed was near elevators. It kind of has thin walls. We could hear elevators operating during daytime but nighttime those sounds were gone. The mattress was not firm. It’s kind of old. So, we didn’t sleep well due to back pain caused by this mattress.

Very basic hotel, not super clean, very small. The biggest benefit is location and that’s it. You get what you pay for

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The reason I choose this hotel is because of the location; the MTR station (Jordon station) is right below the hotel building. I give it a rating 3 for cleanliness this time round because there was a cockroach in my bathroom. I had to call for housekeeping to have it removed.

This is a terrible experience to me as I am the 2nd time to staying there.. 1st time is OK to me so I choose thos hotel again due to the location as heard typhoon will coming while my travel period... This time I need to change room for twice in a day due to outdated room amenities and poor maintainece... 1st change room looks no one staying there for long period as mould around the socket and bathroom is unclean with peeling rubber over the tub area.. At 4am due to light SPOILED suddenly but asked me to waiting technician for repair so they change room after my strongly requested.. After that another room got air cond motor issue with noisy and cracking sound over the rest of night... Even the technician shows his confident on repair service but nothing improved afterwards... Thus, I need to change room again.. I never asked for upgraded after all defaulted issue.. Just want a clean and room with function well only... Such a 4 star hotel looks like guest house.. I will not staying there anymore and also recommend yours to think clearly befire booking.. Price is not cheap and still got alot of choices in the same location

Hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. Rooms were good and even had complimentary drinks stocked in the fridge upon check in. Keep up the good work!

Very near to the metro station and shopping complex. Service staff very helpful. No much feedback as we stayed only 1 night.
