Firstly, the place was kinda sketchy looking but I'm not deducting points from that. My main concern is the reception was SO RUDE. The number they put online is not contactable via WhatsApp or even on the app in which I've booked in which is Trip.com. the number they have on the door is also not contactable in WhatsApp and not answering on viber. If the guest is tourist like us which only bought the sim card for data and not for calling, then how? We waited a long time outside trying to contact them when we arrived. When we met the Indian guy who I think is in charge, I'm not so sure, he started dictating us what to do and was so dang rude! I told him I was the one who booked but I put it under my brother's name and he told me he isn't talking to me since I wasn't the one who booked. Like hello? The booking is in my phone? He asked for our contact number for WhatsApp or viber and when I wanted to give him mine, my brother doesn't have one, he doesn't want it because according to him, "I wasn't the one in the booking" so he is not talking to me. So ok, I let it go. He told us that by 10am we should be out, like checking out. The way he said it was very rude that it sounded like he was threatening us. Going to the room, it's very small (understandable they put 9m2), the bed feels like there are some bed bugs, it's very itchy, it's somehow stinky and the toilet doesn't have the back cover. Come our checkout day. We went to the reception 9am so we can go early. Again, we tried calling the numbers and knocking on the door and using the door bell. No one is answering even when I hear movements inside. The female staff then opened the door at 9:50 saying the check out is 10AM-11AM. Huh? Then why would the guy repeatedly tell us we should be out by 10AM? Next time when I filter HOTEL, trip please FILTER HOSTELS. or inns like this. IT'S A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR US CONSIDERING I'VE BEEN BOOKING HERE FOR A LONG TIME NOW.
