I just want to be honest regarding this review...The room was big but everywhere is full of molds!!!The heater not working and pillows are smelly..check in time is 3pm,they dont even let us inside to seat while waiting. And the owner charge us additional 100hkd just because the name of my partner didnt indicated in the guest information but it was clearly stated in my booking that the room I booked is for 2 adults. Luckily and thankful to the trip.com agent to help me solved this problem.

We didn’t arrive because of the bad weather . Maybe next time tnx trip.com

A 200 deposit is required for check-in, and there is nothing for you to use (only a roll of toilet paper, a black depilatory body towel, and two small soaps). The room is very dirty, and the sheets may not have been changed at all. It smells of sweat. The facilities are very old. There are cockroaches in the room, rats walking outside the window, and there is a water dispenser outside the room, but the water has a strong smell of bleach, so it is suspected to be tap water.

I live in Chungking Mansion. All the people are Indians. This hotel is also run by Indians. Although there is no problem in communication, the environment is too bad. The whole building stinks and the environment in the room is also very bad. Let’s go and have fun. It’s better to consider staying in a better hotel when traveling. CHEATER UNFRIENDLY OUTRAGEOUS IT'S NOT A HOTEL! A room or flophouse in an apartment block. With over 50 so-called hotels that are not Jotels. There is no sign of 1 or 3 stars anywhere. A block of flats run mainly by Indian immigrants. NOT RECOMMENDED! LEAVE YOUR FINGERS AWAY.

It was so dirty and smelly that I couldn't take a shower. There were no toiletries. It was a difficult night without being able to sleep. I checked out at five o'clock before dawn. The boss was from abroad and I didn't understand English and couldn't communicate. It was too inconvenient. All in all. In a word, whoever lives there will regret it.

I highly recommended you all not to select this (or any) hostel located in Chungking Mansions, Hong Kong. The uneducated staff (Indian) kept saying many foul words to me and asked me why checked-in so late but my checked-in time should be acceptable according to hostel agreement stated in **********. In summary, the hygiene was extremely poor, the floor was wet and smelly. It closes to a restaurant and there were many cockroaches and big gray mouses in the room. Nearly all facilities were damaged. The bedding sheet, pillow, etc were yellow and hairy. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL!!!
