The hotel and its furnishings are dated and worn. The hotel is showing age stress and obsolescence. The drapes, carpets and lampshades were stained and the chairs threadbare. The bathroom was functional, but very dated and in need of renovation. The staff did their best to maintain cleanliness. The location was exceptional and the price was fair. The was a partial harbor view. The Haven restaurant offered basically the same limited breakfast buffet with little variation or enthusiasm.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Lovely room. Great location. Value for money.

Clean and comfortable stay. Best thing about the hotel was its location, quite central and close to Victoria Harbour and Tsim Sha Tsui metro. A lot of other shops and restaurants nearby too.

Great place to stay. We had less than 24hrs in HK but would stay here again when visiting again for longer. Easy to get to, very convenient to get around from and good selection of places to eat/ shop at nearby. Staff very friendly too. Breakfast was excellent.

The Salisbury cannot be beat for location and price in Hong Kong. Quick access to the avenue of the stars and all that TST has to offer is complemented by excellent service and great rooms.

Located in a very convenient place surrounded by shops and next to MTR. Check in was smooth and room service was good. Even have different coloured tooth brushes to help differentiate for different people. Room was clean and comfortable. Building and room not new but well maintained. View from room was good. Oy wish was there was an indoor gym for some workout.

Seamless check in and front desk staff is very helpful. Waking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station & Victoria Harbour. Surrounded by shopping malls and local food delights🤩

There was one piece of chicken bone was found in the sofa. The hotel need to pay attention to the room cleaning service .

Nice location, good view for a harbour view room. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Cleaning done every 3 days. Aircon wasn’t that strong though.

The location of this hotel is the BEST BEST. Would love to stay here every time go to HK

Just had an unpleasant experience, I asked for a room cleanup and bedsheet change after 2 nite in row the hotel didn't clean up at all the room. What I got at the end is the bedsheets were put on the nightstand and was told I had to change the bedsheets myself or I had to pay for helping me to change the bedsheets. The reception couldn't confirm me that this is their standard procedure and after argument they change and clean up the room. I understand and always support Green policy but never ever expect a so called 4 stars hotel ask the guests to change the bedsheets himself. If the management couldn't give a standard stars hotel services, they could just change their accommodation to airbnb which they don't need to provide such kind of service.
