1 minute's walking distance from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Room conditions are acceptable on consideration of price and location.

Booked 2 rooms for 4days and 3nights. We asked if we could change the other room which only the same price and we are willing to pay additional charges if ever. The owner called her assistant and when she found that we are filipinos she denied our requests. SUCH A ****** ACT. No hairdryer in our room, other room has it but not working. Out of the 2 rooms we booked, one room got cleaned during our stay and the other one they didnt.
Response from Property: Thank you for staying. Our kindness has turned into discrimination in your eyes. We are very sad. You booked 2 beds without windows, and we upgraded you to a room with windows for free. Do you think this is discrimination? We planned to change your garbage bags, but the other room was locked, so we could only change the garbage bags in one room. Is this discrimination? Why do we discriminate against Filipinos? We hire a Filipino sister to help us take care of our children and live with us. Is this also discrimination?

The main reason I chose this hotel was because there was a glass door between the restroom and the shower room, so I could use the toilet without getting the toilet seat flooded.
I pressed the hot water button about 10 minutes before using the shower, and the hot water came out well and the water pressure was strong enough.
Checking in is a bit tricky, and you exchange messages with the owner in English via Line or Wechat.
Therefore, at the time of check-in, you need to have a signal environment with eSIM or mobile Wi-Fi. (There was a QR code for free Wi-Fi along with the QR code for adding friends on Line next to the door, but it didn't work well. Of course, the Wi-Fi in the room worked well after checking in.)
When you do this, you will need to send an image of the photo page of your passport, so I recommend taking a photo of your passport in advance.
I was a little worried because I hadn't heard anything for about 5 minutes after sending my first message, so I called Line, and received a message saying wait, and they responded immediately after.
The air conditioner looked quite new, the room was clean, the bed was spacious, towels, foot mats and bath towels (thin but large) were provided, toilet paper, shampoo and body soap were also provided.
The futon was a little thin, but the air conditioner was able to adjust the temperature to the appropriate level, so it was not a problem at all.
Unlike Chungking Mansions, the elevator came in less than a minute, and I was able to reach the 8th floor in no time.
I usually don't write long reviews, but I was worried before my stay because the location and facilities were very good for the price despite the high cost of living in Hong Kong, and at first glance, there were some other reviews that made me want to avoid staying there, so I wrote a detailed review in the hope that I can dispel those concerns for those who stay there next time.
Oh, as a side note, there is a famous cookie shop on the second floor of the same building, and if you go around 9:55, you can buy cookies after waiting about 20 minutes! (The cookie shop in the last image)

Response from Property: Thank you for choosing us and staying with us. We often buy Japanese sweets, and they are so delicious that we buy a lot every time. Thank you for liking our Hong Kong cookies as well.

Very Good

Room number: 805
advantage:
1. The location is very good.
2. The bathroom of the private hotel can be separated from dry and wet, and the shower room has a glass sliding door. This alone beats out many star hotels. It was for this reason that I booked a room there.
3. The air conditioner is not the old-fashioned window-mounted air conditioner in Hong Kong. It is a normal split-type wall-mounted air conditioner with no noise.
4. The water pressure of the shower head is very high and the massage effect is good.
Disadvantages:
1. Luggage storage (charge 100 Hong Kong dollars after 18:00 on the day of check-out, free if you give a good review), service hours (9:00-23:00, not 24 hours) and service form (remote control service, unless I can't turn on the TV) The actual situation of policies such as not showing up to the store staff) is inconsistent with the platform display and needs to be corrected to avoid misleading passengers.
2. The check-in and check-out process was too cumbersome, especially when checking in. The clerk handled and guided check-in remotely, which made me think I was playing an escape room. If I didn't check out during office hours, I had to notify the store by email or phone depending on the situation.
3. The house is a little small (don’t reply to me saying that land in Hong Kong is very expensive. I have been to Hong Kong many times. This is the fourth time (night) that I have stayed in a small private hotel. I compared it with hotels of the same type). The inner corridor is narrow, which may be because the space was moved a little to provide separate wet and dry bathrooms. I booked a double room to live alone and had to put my luggage behind the door. For details, see the actual photos in my review.
4. There are not enough power plugs. If you want to watch TV, there is only one (the power supply at the bedside has a conversion plug), so you need to bring your own power *****.
5. The instructions for using the water heater are posted on the wall of the shower head. I only saw it when I was taking a shower. If I hadn't turned on all the power buttons when I stayed in a hotel when traveling, I would have had to wait for hot water to take a shower. Hot water is consumed very quickly. There is no hot water in the middle of the bath, and cold water is used in the second half of the bath.
6. The wallpaper has cracks and I am worried that it will fall off.

Response from Property: Thank you for your support. The location, cost, and labor vary from place to place. We also want to make it perfect. I hope everyone will have a pleasant stay and have some warm communication in this strange city. Press 8 for the elevator, room A8. Check-in process: 1; scan the WeChat QR code at the door - 2; call the phone number (go to the area code) - 3; issue the resident pass - 4; go in and walk 5 steps to the right and enter the password on the right wall to get the room card - 5; the passage behind you is Room. (Don’t wait to check in, just do it and you’ll be in bed within 5 minutes.) It’s busy time to clean up the room, so you can store your luggage first. Rooms can be big or small. It’s important to go to other places to make phone calls. On the other hand, many public places provide free Wi-Fi. . The first thing to remind everyone when checking in is the hot water heater button in the room. Press and turn on the light and wait for 10 minutes before taking a shower. After washing, turn it off. Changqi Auntie, in fact, every little traveler has the problem of being wordy. Don’t rush out to play after settling in. Take 1 minute to listen. Changqi Auntie hopes everyone has a smooth trip and a happy couple.

It's great for the price. The location is right next to the subway. It's just right. If you think about the price per night in expensive Hong Kong, you'll understand. If you think you're very frugal, it's a good place to stay.

The location is in the Mirador Building. We were a little scared when we first entered. Later, the sister of the hotel did some ideological work upstairs and made us feel at ease. The sister was also very nice and sent us a lot of guides!
After moving in, it was very quiet at night, with almost no sound. The room was small, but in a busy area, there is a subway entrance downstairs, and the transportation is very convenient.

The landlady was really enthusiastic and introduced various guides to Hong Kong. The environment was better than other hotels of the same price. The environment was also very good and the food tasted delicious.

Booked this hotel for the Hong Kong 100 Cross-Country Race. It's small but well-equipped. It's newly renovated and much better than the small hotel in the city center I stayed in before I came to Hong Kong! I'm quite satisfied with the price-performance ratio in the city center. I will consider it again in the future! Give it a good review! And recommend it to others!

Very Good

The location is good. It's in the building next to Chungking Mansion, Tsim Sha Tsui, and the center of Hong Kong. It's hygienic in general. It has a peculiar smell. The bed is quite big. It's suitable for a one-night stay in Hong Kong. After all, it's so cheap. There is no front desk. You need to send the clerk WeChat in advance to let them know. Help open the door, which is a bit time-consuming. At the same time, the network at the door is very poor. It is recommended to prepare Hong Kong traffic in advance, otherwise it will be very miserable. The actual name of the hotel is not this. I forgot the details. It is on the upper floor of a building. It is suitable for travelers with a limited budget who just want to survive for one night and want to stay near Tsim Sha Tsui.

Response from Property: Thank you for checking in. This may mislead guests to the wrong place. On the left side of Chungking Mansion is the Holiday Inn Hotel and on the right side is the Empire State Building. We are adjacent to the K11 shopping mall. I would like to clarify this for check-in. If you check in by phone, no one can be in the room within 10 minutes. (In fact, self-service check-in is the fastest way to check-in. It is normal for four- and five-star hotels to wait 20 minutes before going to the room.) Borrow a place to remind guests who have not checked in: If there is no reply after checking in and adding WeChat, call the number starting with 6 ( Do not add 00852), if the phone cannot make calls, and if you do not want to call here, it is not recommended to make a reservation.
