Everything is so expensive, even the facilities in hotel you would need to pay and everything little thing is costing starting at $200 / per person, no good food around the hotel, we got bored on the first day

It's my first time staying here. I feel great. There is a free small beach, quiet, and convenient transportation. I can see the Tsing Ma Bridge. We have two king-size rooms, which can be connected with a door in the middle. It's super convenient to stay with children. The buffet is also quite rich, and the breakfast is also OK.

The day of check-in was a Tuesday and there were no guests. I took my children to the beach and wanted to book a hotel room to rest and take a shower. However, when I checked in, the staff knew that the water system was being repaired that day and there was no water supply (not for showering or washing hands). I didn't know what to do for a while. The staff didn't provide any solution, but just informed me. I was stunned. Let me ask again, how can you help? The supervisor then instructed the front desk staff to give me two bottles of water. . . Very disappointed with the staff's attitude and lack of initiative to help. If there were many guests that day and it was very busy, it would be understandable, but there were obviously no guests that day (the security guard at the hotel gate had a piece of paper recording the guest list that day. I couldn't see the content, but I probably saw no more than 10 people on the list). The service gave me a bad feeling. There is absolutely no service.
