Place is nice and clean very accommodating. Good access of transportation very close to mtr station, bus and taxi. Walking distance to central and very close to tram way path ang zoological and botanical garden. Recommend!

It is good that we have a chance to live up at 20/F. Good location. The elevator is slow though. No food or restaurant. The restaurant doesn’t open on Sunday! What a shame!! And only have sandwich during tea hours????? Please people need to have proper food and proteins!

Location is rather nice, a 10 mins walk to Central downslope. We found walking back up a little challenging so we'd almost invariably take a taxi back. Located beside HK Zoo/Park, a nice a pleasant park for greenery and for families. Facilities are average, no free drinking water provided. Service is good, staff helpful and friendly. Note there is no daily service apart from towel replacement and emptying bins. Bed linens are changed on Tuesdays and Fridays. We would stay there again.

Location is difficult to find.  The receptionist not willing to help, we’ve got a sick child wants to use the bathroom while checking out, there is a bathroom at the lobby, they refused us to use it (it required password)and directed us to a bathroom at lvl 2 which is locked as well. I won’t recommend family with small kids for this, also, the facilities in the room very old too.

booked a queen bed room, which i got at first. but the room didn't have cold water. i know, strange. so impossible to shower coz burning hot. ultimately got the room changed, but for a double bed one. better than nothing but not what i booked. overall ok.
