It is good that we have a chance to live up at 20/F. Good location. The elevator is slow though. No food or restaurant. The restaurant doesn’t open on Sunday! What a shame!! And only have sandwich during tea hours????? Please people need to have proper food and proteins!

Close to the peak and hongkong central. But the place is not easy to find and the way to the hotel is pretty steep. Not recommended if you're with kids or elderly people.

Place is great near bus station and taxi stand going to central. Nice and clean room would be recommended. 🙂

Had stayed with the Garden View at their garden view room before but this time didn’t manage to get that. It’s a slightly smaller room, but still good value for money and location is supreme.

The hotel staff is rude and not helpful at all!The ceiling in the bathroom started to leak on the second day of my stay.They don’t clean the rooms just take away the trash.There is no free water in the room as well.I had to make a call to make a restaurant reservation and hotel charged me for that when I checked out,it’s ridiculous!The bed in my room was like a rock!I really don’t understand how is this considered a 4 star hotel.When we checked out we explained our dissatisfaction to the receptionist,he was very arrogant and didn’t care at all!We were really shocked…For this price you can find a much better hotel,skip this one…

The hotel is garbage. The staff is rude and not helpful. This place should not be considered a hotel as they do not even clean. They do not even offer water in the room. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Spacious, clean and very accessible. I’ll definitely be back and choose Garden View again on my next Hong Kong trip hopefully next year.

Good place - cosy clean and spacious for Hong Kong. Bedsheets are clean, the view from the window is great. The hotel is uphill - take a taxi if you have heavy luggage. Will stay here again!

The area where the hotel is located is on a hill, so a good workout when you walk to the hotel. The housekeeping service was only replacing towels with no cleaning or organizing of the room. The front desk staff were basically robots with no emotions. No smiles or thank you. Just doing their job.
