discrimination still exists i find receptionist crazy rude she investigated me like i was there for robbery she was having trouble with finding my name on register which was on next page. before turning page she told me no booking.i showed here my trip receipt .i m a south asian guy her answer to my every question i don’t know i can’t speak language she can’t english still can say i don’t know politely with better facial expressions

pleasant staff and the hotel is super close to the sham shui po mtr station.. about 1 min walk. the area is convenient with many restaurants and some clothing market nearby. the room was clean with a pretty comfortable bed. the only downside was that the lock to my door was broken, so i couldn't lock my door when going outside. luckily for me, it wasn't important as i checked in late and i didn't need to go out anywhere that night.

1. On the second floor in the downtown area, the noise started at 5 o'clock in the morning; 2. There is no hairdryer in the room. If you want to use it, you have to borrow it from the front desk, which may require a deposit; 3. A layer of plastic mat is deliberately placed under the bed sheets, which is hard, airtight and uncomfortable; 4. The service attitude is "no regrets", you have to accept it after ordering, and digest and understand any questions by yourself; 5. The sister at the front desk didn't know how to adapt. She only gave a bottle of water to two people when checking in. If she didn't tell her, she wouldn't give more. If there was a problem, she was too lazy to solve it. 6. Conveniently located near Sham Shui Po MTR station, and the hotel is less than 200 meters away! A bit expensive, considering the price of the hotel and the layout of the hotel! No comb! The towels and bed were stained.
