到香港住這裡是順便去住的，大堂經理認真負。服務員十分熱情了。餐廳十分可以了、東西不少。坐地鐵也不太遠。一個多小時可達飛機場。

因為是商務出差所以我這次訂的一個對於我來説相對貴一點的酒店。香港的酒店小是我來這這麼多次一直都很明白的，這一次可以説是住的最大的一間了。無論地理位置還是設施其實都不錯，但是為什麼服務沒有給太高分，是因為我幫客人訂了房間之後客人因為港澳通行證問題無法前往，我提前跟店家要求取消店家拒絕了，這我也理解，畢竟預訂的時候就説了不可取消我也衹是嘗試着協商。奇葩的是我要改變入住人的名字，換成我同事去住，居然也被店家拒絕了，兩次！這就很無理取鬧了吧？難不成他們是想讓我們白白浪費了錢他們房間空着嗎？走到哪兒都沒有這個道理。我跟攜程客服發飆了，最後幫我解決我同事也順利入住了。但是整個過程讓人非常不爽，遵守規則沒有錯，但是你並沒有把不允許更變入住人這一條寫進規則，而兩次拒絕我變更入住人名字就很無厘頭，很難讓人有好的聯想。除了這一點以外其他都還不錯，哪怕退房當天，我都可以一直在30樓的茶吧以及下午的下午茶吧待上哪怕一整天有吃有喝。從這一點上還是不錯的。
